Great health care team at Hillcrest Medical, it is always so convinient to walk in and Dr Padilla and his team takes care from there, very efficient medical clinic.

Dr. Padilla and his staff are a rare find. I have always considered him a friend, as well as, my Dr. Having been diagnosed with an early onset condition, disability came my way far too soon. His practice does not take my insurance, so paying out of pocket was the immediate decision. He watches out for me and tells me how he truly feels about any procedure or facility I may be considering. To say he has been helpful is an understatement.

Dr. Padilla and his staff are fantastic! Easily the best Primary Care we've ever had. He has served our whole family for 10 years and takes very good care of us. A hidden gem in Dallas. Highly recommended!

Dr. Padilla is a wonderful doctor and really took the time to speak to me and made sure I was calm and okay. All front desk and clinic staff was so welcoming. I am very thankful that this clinic is open for walk-in appointments and on Saturdays. I think I’ve found my new Primary Care Physician.

I had a good office visit yesterday, but I have an issue with businesses NOT answering their phones. I tried to call in yesterday before I went in. I just did a walk-in. The doctor told me I would be receiving a call today and I haven't heard anything from them and no one has answer the phone the ENTIRE DAY. Please address and fix this issue and please update your website. Thank you.

Best doctors experience I’ve ever had. Went Saturday morning as a new patient and was out in 20 mins.

I will not return. Loved the fact that Nurse Practitioner Padilla yelled at ME on the phone because they didn’t order the appropriate tests for my symptoms. Then told me to “man-up” and come visit him so he could bully me more in person.

Staff and Drs are very efficient but don't make you feel rushed. Extended office hours even on Saturday! They take walk ins every day but never have to wait a long time.

Super nice staff. I was in and out in less than 1 hour. I seen NP. She is amazinggggg. I just moved to Dallas from Tyler TX. This is my new PCP. And will refer to anyone. They dont mind prescriptions either. I had a sufficient amount of. Medicine to cure me.just remarkable.

Always a good experience, always in and out on time, great doctor, great staff. They listen prescribe meds and fix the issue. No fuss.

The before and after pictures say it all. Had Alopecia Areata in several areas on the scalp. Dr. Padilla and Dr. Ray knew exactly how to treat them to get the hair growing again. The spots cleared up in a matter of months. Couldn't be more satisfied!

This is one of the best doctor's offices I've been to in years. I've seen the doctor a couple times but usually see the Nurse Practitioner, and she is awesome. I really appreciate how aggressive they both are in their treatments. While I like them I don't want to have to return because of ineffective treatments. I've been to plenty of offices where I had to do that the first few times I went. I have not had this problem with these two. They don't play and since I have bronchitis 1-2 per year I really appreciate that. I would give them >5 if it were possible.

I have been going to Hillcrest Urgent care since it opened and would not consider going any other place. He the best knowledgeable Doctor and truly cares about his patients. His hours are very convenient and he takes his time with you. I know when he is backed up with patients it's not going to be long conversations but I do understand there are people that need care also. Great place! ‍️

Dr. Padilla is caring, compassionate, and authentic. With thousands of patients going through his doors each year, he somehow manages to make each one feel as though he/she is the most important. These days it is extremely hard to find doctors like him.

Better than great! My son referred me because he had a great experience. I went in at 5: 15 with an infected spider bite. (They close at 6pm) Even though they take walk-ins until 4: 30pm, the young man at the front desk talked to Dr. Padilla and he saw me. He diagnosed it, gave me a prescription and I was out of there in 40 minutes. Won't look any further if I need medical care. Thank you.
