Good location and decent facilities. There was also evident shortage of cleaning staff in the main areas - lobby and hallways. Be aware, also, that breakfast AND parking are extra charges. I agree with other reviewers to go out for breakfast as it likely will be way better for the price. The parking fee was also never disclosed and was unexpected. Being a Hilton Honors member I expected less tack-on fees. Next time I will pay more for another location that has additional perks/less fees.

Poor management is at the helm of this place.
Room selection was terrible considering there were very few rooms taken our first night there.
Diamond member status and credit for provisions or meals were ignored.
$7 per night parking x3 people in a car but in different rooms is unacceptable. Yes three people in a car so total was $21 nightly to park.
Had to wait endlessly for someone to come to front desk for help.
The bartender had to go locate front desk help multiple times.
Have given this location the benefit of the doubt through Covid but this has to stop. We will not be back there anytime soon!

Picked this hotel specifically for the EV charging. Rolled in with limited charge and the charging stations were broken. Apparently they have been broken for 7 months with no action. On top of that, there were sagging floors on the 3rd floor and there was no shampoo, conditioner or soap in the shower.

The room was acceptable and the staff was great, but I specifically chose this hotel for the EV charging

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The front desk attendant was incredibly rude and made us feel extremely unwelcome during our stay. "Southern Hospitality" is completely lost on them. Do NOT recommend.

So-so value. Good location, comfortable beds, rooms include microwave and min fridge. Nice amenities free Wi-Fi, indoor pool and fitness center. The rooms are small with an awkward layout. I thought my reservation included breakfast but it didn't. I had reserved 3 rooms, and mistakenly asked them to cancel one. They couldn't undo the cancellation and wouldn't rebook the room at the same rate. The halls on our floor were uncomfortably hot. They had the heat cranked despite the outside temp being between 50 and 70 degrees.
If you stay here ditch the overpriced breakfasts and go to the Toasted Yolk down the road.
In the future, I'll be considering other nearby options like Hyatt Place.
Can't say the Hilton satisfaction guarantee means much here.

Was told breakfast was included then at checkout they charged my card for breakfast. My coworkers got charged for parking ($7 a day) but I didn't. So inconsistent with their costs. The strawberries at breakfast ($14) had mold on them and the food was not hot. I Do not recommend staying here.

Overall nice hotel and very clean.
Only issue is we were told after checking in that the water would be off from 8am-8pm the following day. Why even book ppl when i have kids thay need showers and baths.

Also i sent my kids down to get snacks asked them how much it was they came back with 2 cokes and 2 snacks i was charged $50 i go down to the same lady who said they got 5 cokes which is not true and i said no so she said i just reversed the charge a little weird if u ask me she was so willingly to refund so deff dounle check everything when paying here

I just came to sleep so I can't talk to the amenities but I did have a nice room with good space, standard bathroom all clean. The staff at the desk were pleasant for check in and out.

Stayed for work purposes and checked in 11/29/22 at 2: 31pm and checked out 11/30/22 at 12: 41am. For some reason Hilton app shows my stay was cancelled when I did indeed stay. Receipt shows I checked in 11/29/22 at 2: 31pm which is correct but check out shows same date 11/29/22 at 12: 41am instead of the 30th. Obviously I didn’t go backwards 14 hours, but because date is wrong I can’t get reimbursed on expense report through work. Called to get receipt fixed and corrected so I could get reimbursed $114 through my company and Debra said it’s not possible and just sounded annoyed I was even calling and couldn’t wait to get off the phone. I have to stay in College station twice a month for work and now I’ll just find a different hotel since this one cost me $114 and couldn’t be bothered to help.

Really great hotel!
But if you have a Tesla or EV, you probably shouldn’t stay here, both of the Tesla destination chargers are broken, and have been broken for almost a year. I booked the Hilton because of the chargers, but I’m probably going to stay at the Embassy suites next time because their Tesla chargers are not broken.
But the hotel itself as well as the staff were very nice and clean. I hope that Hilton has Tesla fix the chargers soon so I can come back.

I'm here on business support trip, I don't care to stay at a hotel for long periods of time, however this hotel and the staff makes it very comfy and quiet and comfortable. So clean and smells fresh every day. Every staff member under this roof has been very friendly/helpful to me. I appreciate everything they have done for me, being away from home for a long period of time. Until November 28. I'm too exhausted to clean up at times or I don't have the time.they take care of that for me. Fresh towels, extra coffee here and there. Clean room, hallways. Thank you for making us girls (I travel with the girls) feel welcomed we appreciate you all!
Nice Hot showers and baths. (bath's are Good for short people). Thank you.

This hotel seemed really nice at first and I’ve stayed here before on a game weekend, and had no issues. I was traveling to B/CS with my family, and we booked guaranteed connecting rooms. When we arrived, we were allowed to check in and I had my entire family with me, with small children. When we go up to the room, the A/C unit is literally pulled off the wall, hoses are coming out of our room into the hallway, and there’s a bunch of equipment everywhere. There were guys working in a couple of other rooms but my room was wide open with no one in there and the A/C unit off the wall. So my whole family has to go back to the front desk where they say they have no more connecting rooms available and they said that “yeah, a lot of people complain about the construction, ” but there definitely was no mention of construction on their website when I booked the hotel. We decided since they had no other rooms available for us that we would go to another hotel. I called the Diamond desk at Hilton and they said they can’t refund me because I’d already checked in, and I explained that the hotel checked me in despite having work done on the rooms and I have to talk to the front desk. The front desk said that since I’d already checked in they can’t refund me but they assured me that once their manager got in the next day that she would refund me. I booked with points so it wasn’t even any money. I never received a refund for the points, and when I called the Diamond desk after the sixth time of being told they can’t help me if the hotel won’t refund me, they told me that the reason the hotel gave for not refunding me is because “in no way was my stay hindered by the A/C repair, ” then they tried to sell me a timeshare. So now it’s been about a month later and I have to call back again to try to get my points back for a room I couldn’t use. Very disappointing experience all around. I e stayed in many Hilton brand hotels and never experienced anything like this. And the customer service experience has really gone downhill recently.
