Room was great which was to be expected as it’s a Hilton! But I’d like to applaud the front desk staff they are just a genuine group of people and professionals. That location will now be my choice anytime I’m in the Dallas area specifically due to the warm and inviting nature of the staff!

I had an event recently at this hotel and it was very much disorganized the Sales manager Chris is such a mess as well as another lady who also does sales.they did not communicate with us whatsoever when i asked about bar and catering services he was at standstill and told me i could figure it out.the room was set up incorrectly because the set up person said that the invoice said to do it another way he was nice and fixed for us after emailing them of how my guests felt uncomfortable going outside to purchase a drink.i love the place but i would never like to deal with chris who is clearly cluesless on how to coordinate an event

Excellent hotel with an outstanding staff. Everything was A plus from Check-In to Check-Out. We will be back!

Went to dinner there are out of half the menu. I go to the restrooms to wash my hands because food was on the seat in the dinner room, and one side of the soap is out and no paper towels. So far, this is not a vergood stay.

Oh, and when I checked in, the lady was more interested in talking with another couple than checking me in. She didn't tell me where my room was, like what floor. She didn't tell me where the elevator was, so I walked around and that's how I found d the dinner room that was so disappointing.

I really hope this service picks up. Maybe next time I'm in town.

I want to say THANK YOU so much to the Hilton staff at this establishment. It was an 100 star experience. The rooms are super nice, the hotel super nice, lobby calming and the rooms are updated/feel clean, modern and spacious. I hope we can come back and stay here again. Highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay.

YOU CAN CONTROL THE FAN IN YOUR ROOM! Much to my surprise.

So this is a newer hotel, or recently renovated. Either way it's nice. The rooms were great, spacious, and had a comfy bed. The fact it was a newer property and you could control the functions on your AC unit was a pleasant surprise.

The restaurant is what brings down my rating. Omar who works Sundays and Mondays is a delight. Super nice. Thoughtful. Really a gem of a human being. Now the food? Ordered a chicken Caesar and some wings. The wings were cold in the middle when I bit into one. Not super. So I asked just to flash them for a few more minutes. Apparently that was the wrong idea because they came back and tasted burned. But I don't like to complain so I sucked it up and ate. But in reality I should have just sent them back.

They had a okayish gym with free weights. Nothing to write home about but if you needed to lift a little then get out, it would have sufficed.

Due to it's proximity to the hospital and the fact I can control my fan, I'll be back.

The service was not good upon check in. My room key did not work, when reported to the front desk the rep seemed annoyed. The breakfast buffet food was cold and only 1 computer worked at the hotel.

Catherine, Caroline, and Roderick were absolutely great:) You can definitely tell the property has been recently renovated. Customer service and amenities here top tier. Look forward to visiting this property again:)

Every employee I encountered was very kind, helpful, and professional. The room and hotel as a whole was very clean. However, there were a couple inconveniences that made me give this a 4/5. The biggest thing was that there was a high pitched whining sound in my room almost constantly before around 9pm each day. It would stop for a few seconds at a time, and sometimes would be joined by a second sound, which made me think it was the elevators. My room was on the same side of the building as the elevators. I didn’t ask to be moved but wish I had. I travel often for work and needed to use the guest laundry, which they do have, but it only takes quarters, and they didn’t have any. The front desk was able to direct me to the Hampton Inn next door, where the machines let you use an app to pay. I used the office space/printer as well, which was free. The printer was a little finicky, but it was right near the front desk, and the employee working was happy to help. Finally, as others have mentioned, the bathrooms have barn doors that don’t lock and have about an inch gap. I’ve never seen bathrooms with barn doors in any hotel before, so it was a little odd. I was staying alone, so privacy wasn’t an issue, but it was a 2 queens room, so that could certainly be a problem with multiple guests.

They do have an indoor pool, but the water is so cold you can’t use it. My 4 year old was SO EXCITED to swim, but as soon as he stepped foot into the pool, his lips turned blue and he started shivering. It was that cold in there. I brought all of our swim stuff and we hyped up that we’d get to swim all the way to Dallas from San Antonio. We paid extra for a room at this hotel (there are more affordable places nearby) specifically to use the pool. So dissatisfied.

Also, why is there one one place to hang a towel in a bathroom for 2-4 people? As you can see there’s plenty of empty wall space, but they only have this one sad little hook

Be careful staying at this hotel location because your car may get broken into and Yes, it can happen anywhere but be aware of this location. Your car may get vandalized I've stayed here several times My car got vandalized and broken into and do not go to the front desk or manager and customer service, don't waste your time. Just call 911 and your insurance. Keep it moving and for the hotel staff save your I'm sorry speach

This hotel lacks in customer service and follow up.

First, the check-in process was rude and I was told to call the diamond desk to complain if I was not happy with them. I was overbilled because they didn't give my food and beverage credits.

They don't give enough towels for the number of guests in each room. Next, they did not clean my rooms even when I made it clear I wanted maid and towel service - Then they apologized and told me they couldn't clean the rooms because housekeeping has gone home at 3pm. In addition to that they tell you to come to the front desk to pick up towels because they can't bring them to your room after they didn't clean my room.

Lastly, I escalated my issues to the entire front desk staff and told them I wanted everything corrected before they charged my credit card and they just charged my credit card without a call or any communication from the manager.

I called and was first told the manager was not there and when i told them my name, the manager magically arrived. I was placed on hold for 30 minutes - the manager never picked up the call.

As a Diamond VIP - I am amazed at how they qualify to represent the Hilton brand. I would rather sleep on a park bench than stay at this hotel.

Awful. No working hot tub. No service to make your bed. $400 a night but breakfast is extra. Room not ready until 4: 15pm…

I have stayed at better rooms for $8 a night in Cambodia and Nepal. Hilton should be embarrassed.

Also the coffee sucks.

Only issue is temperature in public spaces. It was very hot in lobby and elevators. But.rooms were clean, ac worked well and the bartender and breakfast server was very friendly

It was absolutely beautiful! We had the ballroom for all day! We had someone do turnover in the middle of the day and clean up. The staff was super helpful. We had staff available to us the entire time plus clean up multiple people help us. The rooms great and we had 10 rooms available to us. Parking was spacious and the pool was nice. Elevator was quick and wheelchair accessible. We had a great time! Loved everything we will be back!

I've stayed in this hotel twice (years apart) and both times I have been extremely satisfied with the quality and cleanliness of the room/hotel. The rooms are spacious, with great storage options, and very clean. And the front desk was very helpful and professional when we needed them. The hotel is right around the corner from a gas station, grocery store, and a couple of restaurants. It only took us about 20 minutes (depending on traffic) to get to downtown Dallas and all the museums. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the Dallas area.
