Hilton Garden Inn Houston/Clear Lake NASA, Webster TX

First time booking and staying at this type of Hilton. I had a positive experience overall. Thank you Kody! He deserves five stars and a raise for his respect towards me as a guest at the hotel.

Found bugs in the bathroom. Disgusting! Front desk lady wasn't the most helpful, nor the friendliest. Called the manager directly several times.no response.we should get our money back but at this point it probably won't happen. Terrible management. Great location to the space center, but that's about it. With all the other hotels in the area we don't need to stay here any longer.

Great location and service. The rooms need a little love and better cleaning, but overall it's a good stay.

I did not stay here as I live local. I spent the week here for a conference with individuals that flew in from various countries. I want to inform the reader that I honestly can only post wonderful reviews about the staff. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. The restrooms were always clean, the appearance of the facility was clean as well. I heard no issues from my coworkers about the service or issues with the rooms either.

I tagged onto a business trip with my husband, and we stayed here. It was nearby the mall and close to Space Center Houston. The rooms were nice. It was quiet in our room even when I stepped in the hall and realized that the room next to us was full of giggly teens. The staff was super helpful. We especially appreciated that Daisha, the night front desk employee went above and beyond for us and several other guests. I recommend!

The beds soft but the food is nasty recommend eat somewhere else for breakfast. The waffle is not the size of TEXAS and the breakfast is not free even though it said it on the website

No free breakfast and not worth the price of the stay. We booked last minute for Memorial Day Weekend because it was the only place with space left. Now I see why.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Employees are very nice. In the room, the bed was comfortable enough to sleep, kinda firm with not so firm pillows. Shower pressure was lacking, room was super clean, ac struggled to keep cool all night. We didn’t want to pay the steep prices for any meals, no complimentary breakfast. Overall, we would stay again.

Loved the atmosphere great service but does Not have free breakfast like most Hilton hotels. Parking was adequate and place is clean as well as comfortable beds

Reserved a room. As a 100% disabled veteran I need the room to be accessible with a roll in shower. My wife spoke to them on the phone to verify that I would have what was needed. She even called back and spoke to someone else and they verified that notes were made regarding my needs.

When we arrived at the hotel they said they didn't have any accessible room. They also said "We don't guarantee accessible features". REALLY? !? ! It's not like I wanted a king but got 2 queens. You HAVE TO guarantee accessibility!

Very impressed with staff. They're upgrading and renovating since new ownership. They seem to really care. Location is excellent just down the road from Johnson Space center. And they have a peloton!

The frame of the bed sticks out to far and I hit my foot or shin at least 6 times in 2 nights. Terrible design.

I really enjoy staying here. Parking is convenient, the room is comfortable, and the front desk staff is especially welcoming. They offer a generous assortment of in-room snacks that are a special treat and are supposed to be replenished daily. I mention supposed to because for both of my stays, they were only replenished about half of the days. So, a lovely perk but not consistent.

I am forever grateful to Melanie and Bridgette (sp). I was in a rush leaving in the morning and forgot two rings and my charger, and didn’t realize until I was at the airport. The rings are my grandmother’s, and while not expensive, are irreplaceable and hold incredible sentimental value. I was absolutely heartbroken and so worried, but when I called the hotel, Bridgette and Melanie were just wonderful. They reassured me that housekeeping had found the items, and that they would ship them to me. I of course said I would pay all shipping costs, but I was surprised that they didn’t even charge me. I received everything within a week (even my phone charger), via UPS, and even had sign for it. Melanie especially was so sweet and took the time to update me as to the shipping timeline.

The stay itself was excellent, the bed was so comfortable, and I will 100% stay here again. Melanie, if you see this, you have no idea how grateful I am. Thank you so, so much.

The best hotel in Clear Lake area. Friendly service clean rooms, great breakfast (paid, but great nonetheless, close to everything in Clear Lake. Can get in and out via W Texas, no need to brave Bay Area traffic. Love it.
