Hilton Garden Inn North Houston Spring

Great hotel with great customer service! The lady & guy at the front desk were awesome! They guys at the bar were also very nice & helpful! Loved it!

I was very impressed with this hotel! The room was very nice and updated with all the amenities (USB ports where necessary). The hotel was very clean and the staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I did not have a meal at the grille, but food that I saw delivered to others looked and smelled good! The snack selection was plentiful as well. I would definitely recommend this location!

Our overall experience with this location was exceptional! We booked our room through a third party and was given an ADA accessible room. After inquiring at the front desk later that evening after checking in, Otis (Guest Service Manager) switched us to a different room that was more suitable for us. The next morning, as we were headed to breakfast downstairs, someone had pulled the fire alarm. All guests and staff had to go out front and wait until the alarm was turned off. Otis was there again to apologize to everyone for the inconvenience and invited us back in to the hotel. What we witnessed next really made our experience that much better. With all the commotion as everyone was getting back to breakfast, Otis made rounds to all the tables to chat with the guests but then started asking his staff what he could do to help. It's this type of servant and value based leadership that really makes this location stand out from the rest. His leadership skills and personality are reflected in the staff's performance. We will definitely stay here for as long as Otis is with the company. Great job to everyone that we interacted with and a special thank you to Otis for making our stay wonderful!

In town for meetings. I was impressed by flexibility and friendliness of staff. Room was HGI norm, but super quiet which can be tough near a highway. I recommend and will stay again.

Great customer service, top notch staff, good food, clean rooms, and very clean hotel. I really cannot praise this establishment enough. They went above and beyond to make our stay great. We had a bit of an incident and the manager and staff went above and beyond what we could of ever imagined. We are forever grateful!

I had connecting rooms for my daughter and her five children. We were attending a volleyball tournament for one of the kids. Every part of the hotel was wonderful. The street tacos in the restaurant were exceptional! I had them twice. If I ever have an opportunity to go to Spring again, I will be sure to stay there!

Very pleased with our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating. They made the wedding weekend even more special. Rooms were clean. Food was convenient and good. Highly recommend them.

The hotel seems nice. But the room with a premium king bed seems kind of weird. First the view of the window is overlooking the entrance area roof with all of the utility and ACs. But the bed is in the middle of the room and the room seems very small. Its the first time I see a configuration of a room like that. Also it is very dark in the room. There are only to lamps and one desk lamp and you have to turn them on individually and you can not evwn see where the switches are. The entrance light switch only turns on the foae lamp. But in the room there was a little welcome basket that was very well appreciated!

My favorite place to stay when I'm in Spring, TX. Nice clean and modern rooms. The staff is great and makes you feel welcome and at home. The Garden Inn restaurant is great too. Good food and great service!

Our stay was excellent. The hotel was exceptionally clean. Special thanks to Donnie at the front desk for providing exceptional guests service. We are diamond members so we see many hotels. This was gets all 5 stars.

Upon arrival I was so happy with how clean the hotel was. The front desk people were super helpful and friendly. I cannot say enough about the customer service we received. The manager and all the staff was absolutely amazing and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you for such great service and everything you did to help our family. We are forever grateful. Great modern property and easy access on/off Hardy Toll Road in Spring Texas. Always nice when the room and layout are nicer than home!

I booked a block for my wedding in May. The service was beyond amazing! The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, and make sure we had everything we needed! We had the most amazing experience and our wedding weekend was made even better because of the wonderful service and phenomenal staff!

The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was very kind and welcoming. He was helpful and personable. It was a nice hotel. I would stay there again. It was conveniently located to where we needed to be. The only thing I didn't like was in the morning when we tried to get breakfast, it was a little unclear how it worked. We thought a server would come over to us but after 10 min no one did so we left. Other than that, it was a nice and clean hotel.

Some family and friends have been assisting the Dunn family with temporary housing there at the hotel. They lost everything to a house fire on April 16th. They have 5 children. Otis Berry has been so kind and courteous to the family. I've only talked with him over the phone, but he has gone above and beyond to make sure the Dunn family is taken care of. We appreciate you, Otis!

Hands down the absolute best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time! The friendliest staff! Otis and Luis were great! Very quiet, and tucked away from the interstate. Beds and pillows so comfy. Clean and great room service. We were well taken care of and I would stay again.
