Hilton Garden Inn Temple Medical Center reviews
16This has become my new go-to for hospital trips. Clean, great staff.bar and restaurant and right across from hospital
Guys be very careful when booking with them directly. I had a PBT course to attend at this location conference room. I called to double check if my room was reserved as come to find out they booked me for wrong day. Come to find out they were also sold out for the night. Mind you I had a 5 hour drive all I wanted to do was get to the room and get some rest. Austin was very nice to find us another room in Belton but we couldn’t afford to stay in Belton due to needing to be at the Hilton Garden Inn very early in the AM. Mind you we only had 1 car. No manager called me to apologize which you would assume.
Very loud in the rooms. Kitchen exhaust fans run almost all night and sound like a turbine! Plumbing issues in the room. Dirty bathrooms.
We are a small business that needed a place to host our meetings. The Ava room was perfect for our needs! It was a quite & private. Staff was amazing! Affordable as well!
Horrible food service. Was charged $11 for a pancake. No toilet paper or roll for it in the bathroom.
Nice hotel and accommodations, enjoyed the pool & hot tub too.we visited my sister while she and my brother in law and nephew were in town.
THE HARDEST MOST UNCOMFORTABLE, BEDS I've ever had the displeasure to attempt to sleep on.
No seriously; I couldn't sleep, went to the desk at 4 am, in pain and tears, and the lady was so sweet and tried to help me. She and I tried two other rooms, none were any better. Literally had to spend $40 at Walmart for an airbed and put it on top of the bed. (Prepaid for 2 days and couldn't change it.)
Continued room issues include: Light at the night stand and window chain were broken when we came in the room, and the tub leaked pretty significantly.
The pool had a strong chlorine smell so strong you have to leave after a few because it would give you a headache.
Staff was EXCELLENT, and the lady chef making the fresh food was great too, but the beds were just unimaginably hard.
Horrible bed woke up with sore back my co-worker in another room had same issue. Asked for room to be serviced daily and did 3 nights and never got room cleaned. Ran out of towels. Staff was friendly bar drinks were over priced. Seems to be the norm nowadays.
We used the grand ballroom at this location for a reception for our daughter’s wedding. Abby and Ashley helped with all the details and did an amazing job! They were so easy to work with and their staff was first rate! The service and the food was top notch!
The bathroom is too small. The breakfast is not worth purchasing. There is no clock in the rooms.
Across from Baylor Scott White Medical Center and many close places to eat made this a perfect place for our needs. Staff is exceptionally professional and courteous
Another Amazing and Incredible stay at this Wonderful Hotel. We stayed from 06/23/2023 to 07/07/2023 and I can only say Great things about this Hotel. You are made to feel like you are Family and your room is your home. The Front desk staff are the best. They do a perfect job in taking care of all your needs.
And the entire Hotel staff are all very friendly and they greet you with a warm smile everyday. Even the maintenance staff were very helpful to us.
I recommend this Hotel to anyone who comes to Temple. The rooms are super clean and Fresh. And we got the best nights rest you can imagine.
So thank you to all the staff who made our stay really feel like we were at Home.
See you real soon.
Sundown town. I do not recommend you stay here. I was not treated like a guest. Rudeness and disrespect intertwined with racism and hate was my overall negative experience.
Visited May
Our daughter reserved our stay under her name.
Everything was clean and inviting.
However, the room temperature at 60 degrees was tooo cold. We guessed that it was not working properly.
Also we were disappointed that you had no free complimentary hot breakfast so we ate at Rosa’s. It cost less and we didn’t want all you can eat.
We stayed at the Hilton in Houston which was much better in those regards while my husband was at MD Anderson.
I would highly recommend this hotel! The staff were nice and attentive. Constantly speaking and asking me if I was OK and if there was anything I needed in particular. Great place, and will be my place to stay anytime I come to Central Texas.
