Nice hotel for the cost. Friendly employees and clean rooms. The parking lot needs additional lighting at night in my opinion. Although the Hilton honors website doesn't mentooit, you do have to pay to park.

Paid parking even when the hotel is low on guests. Pay for internet even though the speeds are ridiculously low. Put it this way, for the speeds the offer, ATT literally charges for a month what I had to pay them for a night. Ice machines on every floor EXCEPT the one they put their guest.

Terrible customer service. I was given TWO dirty rooms and the front desk staff was rude. Will never return to this location.

Overall hotel was older, but clean. Room was clean, but a lot of little details add up.paint was peeling from shower ceiling; amenities on Hilton website said robe and slippers, but neither were in the room and desk clerk said they don't provide them anymore. Coffee lids in room were wrong size for cups. Fridge was too small for even a regular togo box. Fireplace in the restaurant didn't work. But bar was great, and breakfast buffet was pretty good. Staff was friendly.

What happened to Hilton Richardson? We stay here when traveling to the area, and it has gone down hill. First, they surprise you at arrival that there is now a $10/night parking fee. What we were r told, there is a daily fee of $15 for wifi and a not so good breakfast for two was $33! The competition in the area offers free parking, free breakfast and free wifi.

Next, the toilet never flushed properly. The tub never drained properly either, to include nasty brown pieces coming up from the drain when the water was on. I reported the AC wasn’t cooling. Some days it was cooler outside than in the room. We have since checked out and I am still waiting for someone to respond to the AC issue.sad!

Overall, a very disappointing visit. We will definitely not be staying here again.

Not what I’ve come to expect from Hilton: only paid wifi available, signs saying we had to pay for parking but that wasn’t clear nor stated at check in, missing a few coffee condiments, and confusing mask messaging.

Some background I am a diamond hilton member. Meaning that I stay at about 4 hotels every month throughout the whole year. I stayed here when it was the hyatt and now when it is the hilton. All seems the same the rooms are super nice and spacious and the accommodation are very nice. Only things is that there is no concierge. Besides that 5 stars for the price!

The hotel overall was nice and the rooms were nice. But they were not equipped for large amount of people, when it came down to the elevators. They have three elevators but only one opens up at a time and you're standing there waiting at least 5 to 10 minutes for it to come back down or for one of the other doors to open. I think that is Ludacris especially with the prices that they charge you. But overall everything else was nice.

Wonderful room accommodations; BUT ALL Day Saturday the 6th floor hall STUNK like a Skunk, the smell of synthetic Marijuana, even After telling the Front desk face 2 face in the AM And again at 5: 30PM. Our room started to smell through the door.

Very comfy bed! Paying for parking in Richardson is completely crazy, but I was willing to let it go. However, the TV kept turning itself on in the evening, lighting the room and waking my kid up. The following morning the TV stopped working, saying it had a weak or no signal. It would turn on and off, working for a few minutes at a time. Not usually a huge deal to not have a TV, except we were recovering from a camping trip and really just wanted to hang out in bed watching movies. Plus it’s the Hilton, all basic amenities should be working. The mini fridge was extremely tiny! A regular take out box and bottle of water wouldn’t fit, be warned. They also don’t provide glasses or cups for water. The towel rack was busted and hanging off the wall. The front desk staff was very nice. They did send someone but by the time he arrived we were getting ready to check out. It also was obviously not going to be a quick fix.

WEAK wifi, inconsistent hot water in shower, drain backed up in shower. Restaurant severely under staffed, well done burgers ordered were "steak Tar-Tar", breakfast good, bar drinks $$$, hotel food served @ function held in hotel mediocre. Staff who are present are very friendly & working as hard as they can. 3 of the 5 pieces of equipment in the gym were Broken. Rm was nice & quiet. Hotel FAR from DF Airport.taxi fees $75-120. USE Driving service!

They said upon checkin that there will be credits for evening meal/drink as well as breakfast since they did not have executive lounge. They only provided credits for breakfast only. Also breakfast needs to be better.

Bathroom light was flickering but couldn't be unscrewed, and they charged for parking in their empty parking lot. Otherwise the hotel is fine.

We were used to this hotel as a Hyatt property. We visit Richardson four times a year to visit family, and always stay at this hotel. It’s always been a good value. Since the brand has changed, the hotel has gone way downhill. I gave the hotel one star because of comfortable beds and friendly staff. Paying for parking in an open lot is ridiculous, and should not be tolerated by guests. Old Starbucks paper cups for water glasses. The elevators are scary. Take the stairs. Clean towels, please! Save your money and stay at La Quinta.

Good accommodations, location. I don't see why guests have to pay for parking in an open lot. The workout room needs attention. The elliptical is noisy and loose.
