Hilton San Antonio Hill Country

This is a Hilton? !? ! I’ve stayed at a motel 6 that was way cleaner and not ran down like this dump!

4 star hotel, more like a 2 star at best property. Poor property. Pretty dirty. Our room was not cleaned properly as there was hair on the shower walls. Carpet in the room had not been vacuumed. I dropped my phone and when I picked it up it was covered in filth. Bed and pillows sucked. Heater was so loud. Walls are paper thin. The dresser and nightstand had some damage. I felt gross the whole time. The whole property needs renovation. No microwave or fridge. No other amenities at the property. Obviously too cold to use the pool. You have to request housekeeping because of “Covid precautions” or something and housekeeping doesn’t show up until almost an hour later and you have to keep requesting them. It would be as a way for them to keep their costs down and profits up basically since they don’t have to clean as often and run the washing machines and dryers as often. We didn’t try breakfast or the restaurant because no vegan or vegetarian options. The fire pits and games were a nice touch though. It was too cold during our stay to enjoy them. Parking is $10 per night again another way to keep profits up. Not sure what the $10 are going to since there’s no security, no gates and definitely no upkeep of the lot besides trash being emptied.

By far the worst Hilton branded hotel I’ve stayed at. You’re better off at a 3 star hotel with much more amenities. Please read all the reviews before booking, so you don’t make the same mistake I did.

The Food and the Service was Excellent

Stayed here many many times. Last couple times I was over charged for my room, and also had extra charges. I talked to the manager claimed it will be fixed, got a portion of the money back. I called their customer support said they opened a case never heard back. I would start here at least once a year, this will be my last do not recommend.

Great location and amenities, except for the lack of a microwave or fridge in my room. All my groceries had to be trashed.

My steak was well done instead of medium rare, and considering it was $29, that was a bit disappointing. But it was good food. Still, since I don't eat out often, it would have been nice to get what I ordered. I hate sending food back because it just feels rude. The waitress was great. Very attentive and friendly.

Staff not friendly, rooms dirty. I stay here alot and last few years been going downhill. Our bathroom looked like it hit s*** on the floor, I can tell sheets were never changed. I will never stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at the Hilton Hotel. The staff was very friendly and inviting. The hotel was very nice and clean.

If you want great service or good service don't stay here. Ask for extra blanket, coffee, sugar five hours later Nothing, ask again, still nothing. Went down ask a third time, and waited thirty minutes before getting any. Ask for simple wake up call. No wake up call made us late for grandson Air Force basic training graduation

Wonderful area. Very nice hotel with friendly staff. If you have a problem they will solve it very fast. Breakfast is good. Pool area and games is also good.

The hotel has beautiful grounds and it is very close to SeaWorld which is convenient. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was not very clean and needed some updates. I have stayed at many other Hilton hotels and this room is the lowest quality one I have gotten. We payed for a King suite which is at a higher value point than the regular ones and were very disappointed due to the conditions of the room.

Great stay, EXCEPT for continued billing errors, after 3 phone calls, they still are NOT resolved. Over billed/double billed for a room by our group
