3I was told that this doctor is a great doctor but sadly won't get to even meet this great doctor because the staff sure do make it difficult for you to set up and an appointment. I noticed that the ones with 5 stars are pretty much the workers themselves leaving the reviews of what a great place to work at but they leave out the part where customer service isn't important part of the job.
Dr. Hinojosa is a good Dr. The staff is trash. He really needs to fire everyone and start from scratch. They are horrible at calling you back, they rarely answer, they put you on hold for the longest time just to take a message for the person you are inquiring about. But when you go to the office they sure are laughing and having fun. Its been 2 weeks and they still cant prescribe My dads medication. Best believe if something bad happens to my dad, legal action will be filed.
EXCELLENT DOCTOR! But staff/receptionist rude and inattentive. Almost never answers the phone.
