Hip Hounds, Round Rock TX

My dog, Milo, was there for 7 nights and I was able to see my dog on their webcam. He enjoyed socializing with other dogs. I will definitely use Hip Hounds again for boarding Milo.

Michael and his entire staff are incredible! Their commitment to customer service and taking care of their pupper clients in a clean and safe environment is something that most others cannot provide. You will always be greeted with a smile and helpful person. The pricing is incredibly fair and their flexibility to meet clients requests for day care or boarding is bar none.

You will not find a better staff, cleaner or safer environment, or happier dogs than at Hip Hounds!

The best place in the area to take yr pet. It's not just the indoor/outdoor facilities, the video cam so u can watch yr pet all day have a blast, a person actually interacting with yr dog, a personal touch for overnight care if yr dog requires meds, feeding yr food or theirs, it's the staff. These people love the dogs and what they do. They take care of yr baby like it's their own. I highly recommend.

I took my little old lady pug to Hip Hounds for over seven years. She was always so excited to stay with them and they were equally excited to see her. They were great with making sure she got her medicine and were very patient and accommodating when she began to slow down. They truly cared for her and about her. Even though I now live in San Antonio, I will always trust Hip Hounds to care for my dogs.

Seriously the best dog daycare in austin, or anywhere that I've ever experienced. I've owned dogs for all of my life and I've never met such a caring and wonderful group of like minded individuals. Dogs play and have a great time, and I can watch them on the cameras. If ever there's an issue or a question, they answer it right away with kindness and enthusiasm. My dog is prone to staying off camera (laying in front of the warm dryer) and any time I get concerned they tell me exactly where she was and what kind of day she's having. I've lost two dogs over the course of my membership here and no one mourned them more than me and these guys. They truly love dogs and theres nothing that makes me trust them more than seeing the love they have for mine.

Hip Hounds is the best! They take such good care of the dogs. The staff is great. Also, you can watch your dog play on the webcams.

Hip Hounds has consistently been an amazing boarding experience for my very anxious dog. They’re so caring and thoughtful and your dog will be in good hands with them!
