BEST H&M store here in san antonio.this store is way better then the other h&ms.always clean fully stocked.i love this store.love the prices and clothes.always on top of the trends.this store makes me so happy!

I am not a shopper and was completely in pleasantly surprised when my daughter took me there for my birthday. It had a wide selection of men's clothing in the prices were very reasonable. A pair of shoes I got there is now my everyday shoe. Very comfortable in under 30 bucks.

Great choice and good pricing. Good ourselves a pair of sunglasses which we forgot in Europe.

Bad very bad experience, rude sales people. When I got home 300 miles away.they forgot to take off the security tag. WILL NOT BE BACK!

Great prices and cute clothes. Lovely undergarments. Ugly shoes, though. Also lack diverse skirts.

Some of the merchandise is more expensive than in Macys.

I wouldn't recommend to everyone.

Everything is well organized and the prices are great but I went here on june, arrived 15 minutes before closing, when i payed for the product i was buying i wanted to register my point in my H&M account which i always do without a problem in every H&M. I know it takes literally one second to scan the code on my account that i already had opened, but she said she couldn’t do it because they were closing soon (which i now is a lie). She told me i could come tomorrow and then they would register my points… i love H&M but the staff on this specific location was rude and inefficient

I needed some essential clothing in my size and the store had it for a reasonable price. This place had me covered.

The store opens at 11 but the workers did not open the store till 11: 25. Multiple people came up to the gate checking the store hours and waiting for the store to open while the workers continued to walk around. Change the stores hours to 11: 25 then so people aren’t waiting around for 25 minutes when the workers feel like opening the store.

H&M is located in the River Center Mall across from Starbucks. Must wear a mask to enter Mall and H&M. My reason for the sudden stop. I blew out a hole in my socks. So I had to re-up on a new 6pack of ankle socks. First, I entered the store wearing my mask to locate the socks. I picked up a 6pack of socks and went to the cash register and paid $14.60. I received good customer service. Walked out the store to change my socks. There's nothing like a fresh new pair of socks. Thank you, H&M

Big store and great location in downtown San Antonio.just a couple of minute walk from the Riverwalk!

Quality merchandise but staff can be a bit iffy. Thank you for speaking up against the genocide being conducted by the Communist Party in China - I hope you prevail and do great.
