Hobby Lobby, Little Elm TX

I was shopping around finding items to make a collage in rememerbance of my mom. A friend of mine who went with me was walking around the store, while I was figuring out what to buy. My friend found, what she thought was an empty box in a display of laundry bins. The box looked about the size that a medium snow globe would fit in. The box was crumbled up. Thinking someone may have stolen something out of the box, and tossed the box in the laundry bins, my friend and I walked up to the Store Manager. My friend handed the box to the Store Manager and told him where she found it, and said it looked like someone may have stolen whatever was in the box.

Now, I have worked in retail. If a customer came up to me, and gave me a box that they thought that whatever was inside was stolen, I would thank them for bringing it to my attention! The Store Manager didn't do that. He took the box and very rudely said, "We sell these boxes" and he tossed the box at another register, and walked away! She didn't know that they sold those boxes! This box they sell, was not with the other boxes! It was crumbled up and in pretty bad shape, and she thought she would be nice and let the Store Manager know. He could have at least thanked her, and then inform her that they actually sell those boxes instead of being very rude and walked away. She was just trying to be nice. For a Store Manager to act that way is unprofessional. I was already emotional because of the reason why I was there in the first place, and him being like that certainly didn't help.

Only place I can even find some of the thing I want without having to buy them online. Good luck finding an employee to help you though.

Hobby Lobby is one of my favorite "to go" places when I need art, or craft, or decorating supplies. Great atmosphere, courteous staff, easy to find sections I need.

Awesome price reductions on loads of items. I literally wanted everything! Great store. Has all u need and more.

Staff is friendly. Store is clean. Love all of the variety of merchandise. I could spend hours in this store. ️

I love the items they sell and all of that, but definitely watch for coupons and clearance. Otherwise, their prices are kind of high considering you can often get similar home decor items for a lot less at places like Ross and Marshalls and you can usually get craft stuff for a lot less using the 40%off coupons Michael's always has available online. Still, there are some items here that other places just don't carry. And, when they do have specials going on or clearance items available, their prices fall in line with the rest of their competitors and you might even find a few deals that excel.

Love your store. We browsed the whole store found what I needed and a lot I liked! Checkout was a breeze. Can't wait for your McKinney location to open. I can walk to your store!

Jonny in the picture frame department was incredibly helpful. A real testament of a devoted employee.

Not gonna lie, I have had my quarrels with this establishment in the past regarding lack of service or knowledgeable employees. But in the last couple of years I sure have noticed a significant difference from the previous staff. I’m pleasantly surprised because I didn’t enjoy having to drive 30+ minutes for a craft store when this one is a mere 2 minutes away from my house. I enjoy coming here now, and the staff is so helpful. Even if that specific person can’t help me, they make sure to find someone else who will. Growth = greatness

I could spend hours in this store and have so many great ideas of things that I can create. If you like to do crafts, floral arrangements, candles, pictures, furniture and so much more of ready made interior design items. If you want to get a really good selection of tee shirts of every color you could imagine and at a low price, good quality for adults and children sizes. The great part that I like that they offer really good sales and every Tuesday with the Hobby Lobby app you can get 40 o/o off any regular priced item. Looking forward to going back to get some more great ideas to do for my home.

The store is in a strip mall set behind some smaller buildings, which makes it a little difficult to see from the main road. The store, parking lot, and restrooms are all clean and well maintained.

It is refreshing to know they are closed on Sunday for worship. Great crafts at reasonable prices
