Today I was at the Valentine’s clearance section taking an item that was hung behind 3 different items. I was attempting to return the items where they belonged that I wasn’t going to take and was having trouble due to my height. One of the employees decided to approach me, a big white blonde/ginger lady around her 50’s, and decided to make a loud direct snarky comment saying “You know, it’s funny how people decide to take things off the shelves but can’t even return them. ”, she takes the items from me, and shoves them back on the hook where they belonged in an irritable manner. Her actions and behavior were extremely unnecessary. I went back and put the items down again due to her rudeness. ‍️ Someone give her a lesson on customer service. Other than that, every other employee is nice and amazing. She sucks. 2 stars, since she ruined the vibes. K bye.

The cashier acted Like I was bothering her when I was ready to check out. It really put a damper on my morning. So rude. I had an item I was wanting to know if it was really 50% off because I found it in that section but it didn’t have a sticker I asked if she could check it for me. She took it and set it behind the register saying that they don’t do price checks, which I replied with that’s odd because I work retail and I want to buy some thing I just wanna know how much it is. She then checked it for me and I bought the item but geez lady. She literally was saying no before I got the sentence out. Delia is so rude. Maybe she should be a stocker and not dealing with customers.

Everything was well organized. Only reason it didn't reach 5 stars is because I am 1000% positive that some clearance items were at discount and yet they sold it at a higher price.

A wonderful place to get what you want to unleash your creativity and also buy items to decor a house.

Has everything you could want to be creative, from silk flowers to do it yourself picture frames.

Hobby Lobby has an excellent selection of home decor, craft items, educational toys, puzzles, art supplies, picture frames, and they carry the Happy Planner line of planners.

Love this store but hard to get out of. It seems you will never finish seeing all they haven't offer. Found some beautiful ornaments for the tree. Special ornaments chosen for the kids and some great Christmas gifts. Last month some great furniture pieces for the bathroom. I really should add photos just not sure yet how I feel about being that as I'm pretty private. Don't usually do this but it's nice to tell ppl about nice places to shop. It's really a great store.

I really love going to hobby lobby. The sales on books are the reason I enjoy going here plus all season decorative items available
