Hobby Lobby, Midland TX

Considering this stores location compared to other local businesses this store is clean and well stocked. I was surprised.

They said they removed their coupon to lower in-store prices, the prices haven't changed beyond their normal rotating sales. I won't be going back, ever.

Employees nice, helpful, I had a breakdown and they let me sleep on the property and fix equipment with no problems. Very peaceful break.

Friendly helpful staff everywhere throughout the store. Management was very friendly and quick to open additional cash registers when they noticed people standing in line.

Today, the lady at the register decided to:
1. Cut me off mid sentence
2. Shout at me

One of the managers, as he stated, was about two feet away when this happened. He did not correct her or acknowledge me making it crystal clear he didn’t give a damn!

Terrible customer service!

Great store with very friendly staff. Couldn't give them a full 5 stars because I wasn't able to get everything that I needed. That being said the store was very clean and organized. The employees were helpful and did offer suggestions for alternative items. I still RECOMMEND that you stop by and check them out. A great store with good values, both morally and price wise.

If I could give John a 0 zero star I would. Absolutely horrendous and mortifying how disrespectful this man was. And to be a manager? What the heck are the people of hobby lobby thinking hiring someone so retched. I will not be going back to this store; and I will make sure I direct my friends the other way and away from this hobby lobby. I wish I could just remove this man from memories, because I am so hurt by the way he treated me. I could continue to conduct a paragraph on how horrible this man was and how traumatizing this experience was. Horrible human, just horrible. No amount of words out there to write on this man. How John has his job is beyond me, and how people Continue to shop there after running into him is insane. Disgusting.

I like the employees not over you but when you need help always find one easy and they're take really care on your necessities

Place where it makes you want to do so much to your home! Always find what I need plus more plus they always have great sales!

Framing department is awesome. I'm an artist and my pastel pieces need delicate care. The framers here do excellent work.

Nice store! Clean and organized. Lots of cool stuff, almost anything you could want for decorating and adding style to home, etc. Found what I needed quickly and checked out fast.

Hobby Lobby has long been one of my least favorite stores to visit (it smells like boiling Elmer's glue inside a Chinese shipping container), however, my visit yesterday was not bad at all!

Pros:
- not overly crowded.
- surprisingly speedy checkout line.
- the item I purchased was actually half-price!

Cons:
- not many employees were present, so it took a while for me to find my product.
- that damn smell of boiling glue.

Omg very nice clean and they have a lot of stuff on sale like Xmas decor 60% off plus they have very nice home decor. 50%off its nice clean and stocked

I don’t see the point in employees being rude when you ask for help. Is that not their job, they really get mad when you point out a sale item that’s legitimately signed and flagged sell but they deny that it is. I stopped going to the midland store and going to Odessa. Those employees are friendly and helpful unlike the ones here.

This store has got everything for any holiday and everything for the craft person. It's a great place to buy decorating objects. Every other week prices are 50% off and I really like the store

ALWAYS HAVE WHAT I NEED FOR MY ARTS AND CRAFTS PROJECTS AROUND THE HOUSE. IF IT ISN'T ON SALE THIS WEEK NEXT WEEK IT WILL BE.
