5Line will be a mile long with a manager man standing at the door doing nothing. Terrible customer service. Treat employees like dogs so management can me lazy. Assistant store manager is great, always working hard.
Absolutely horrible service. The cashiers are so incredibly slow and showed zero initiative. And the manager just stood by the door instead of jumping in: either opening up another register or helping the girls at the currently open registers. He just stood there watching them work at a snails pace. Never been In a hobby lobby that had poor service. Sad.
The store was super clean and organized even with all the commotion going on of the Christmas sale they were having. All the workers were very friendly and were working hard.
Always a favorite place to go when I'm looking for something special or unique. Love to look at everything it's so pretty and well organized.
Very organized and the staff there will go out of their way to help you if you are having trouble locating something. I don't go here often because I want to buy just about everything in the art department.
