Hobby Lobby, Texarkana TX

I buy a lot of material from a hundred dollars and up, the older ladies at the fabric counter always fold the material in a neat order, so the customer does not have to fuss with it. Today a younger lady was the fabric person. I had two large rolls i needed fabric from. She cut the first one and folded it bit sloppy so i refreshed it. She made a smart comment, then cut the second piece of fabric and ask if i wanted to fold it. I do not get paid to do someone elses job. Hobby Lobby lost a very good customer, i will use jo anns from now on.

Love the artificial flowers section and they have many different knickknacks and home items and when on sale, great prices

Nice store, clean and well maintained. Didn't have everything we wanted, but it was a good deal on what we purchased. Love the sales!

Every times I go into that Store and purchase anything I never get a Thank You when I check out. They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER SEEN.

Very friendly folks to work with. They did not have enough of the one item that I needed so they made a special order for me to pick up in a couple of days. Just wish they had a larger selection of leather goods though. Not that many people doing hand made leather work any more.

Lots of things to look at, good prices, lots of variety but customer service is awful. Majority of employees, including manager try to avoid eye contact & if you ask for help they act as if its a chore to them. I'm not sure why Hobby Lobby employees are so rude, to be a store that supposedly promotes Christian values & attitudes it sure doesn't appear as if the employees believe the same. We've been in there several times & its always the same, employees are rude, if we ask to find something they point & either say nothing or grunt, no help & they are not even cordial. It's shame because a company that advertises they are Christian based doesn't have employees that show that. Today was the last straw, several employees avoided eye contact, one we had to chase down & when we asked for a product she just pointed & said 'there' then disappeared. The manager was oblivious to the long, long lines & again avoided eye contact with any customers, we stood in line for at least 15 minutes then when we stepped up to pay the cashier turned her back to us & started talking to other employees & the manager, she didn't greet us & said nothing during the transaction, then just handed us our change & put up the 'register closed sign' & turned & walked away. I truly hoped that similar past experiences with Hobby Lobby employees were just them having a 'bad day' but its obvious it a pattern. Sad that they are the representatives of this Christian organization. From now on we go to Micheal's where they greet you & are happy you're there.

Absolutely love Hobby Lobby. I love all the Christian decorations and the fact that they are closed on Sunday. They respect the fact that the world needs the church and so does their employees. God bless you Hobby Lobby.

No bathroom! Some people have medical needs. Inconsiderate store at least no signs threatening a strip search like they used to have. I didn't go into hobby lobby for years because of those signs! Appreciate your customer or enjoy your bankruptcy.

There is a little bit of everything here! All of it is for a pretty great price too. Usually there is ALWAYS a sale going on to make certain brands 50% off. I went here to get supplies for my wedding. Tonight I got 3 different sized canvis bags for less than 10 dollars! I plan to paint and sell them.

I love the large selection of goods they carry from home decor, arts and crafts to holiday decorations and they always have good sales
