Absolutely terrible company with terrible products. Pretty sure they would not be in business if they didn’t have contracts with new home builders. Installed defective cabinets in my new home and REFUSED to replace scratched cabinets under warranty. They also do not call you back or respond to inquiries about warranties. If they install your cabinets in your new home, beware they will probably be defective, subpar quality and horrendous customer service and warranty. STAY AWAY from this business!

Their driver this morning in justin had no regard for chikdren/ human life. Ignired the stop arms for a bus while a child was needing to cross the street. Sad

I had an appointment scheduled three weeks out for cabinet repair of cabinets that Hoffman Cabinets had put into D. R. Horton homes. I was out of town when they called to collect payment and tried to call back three times to make the payment. First was on a Saturday, not realizing they weren't open, then again on the Monday and Tuesday. No one called back and then no one came out to do the cabinet repair. I've called twice since then to reschedule. The guy I was working with, Mauricio, escalated the call and was yelling at me, telling me they didn't come because I never made payment. I tried to explain four or five times that I had called, but no one ever called back. He continued to escalate and get loud. I then was transferred to a girl that asked how she could help. I explained the situation again and she said it sounded like I needed a manager, all she can do is take payment. She was also not able to help reschedule, so I asked for the manager. John then came on and said he was not inclined to help me because of the situation. I explained the terrible service received, and he again stated they didn't come because there was no payment. I tried to explain to him another two or three times that I had called to make payment. After stating again that he wasn't inclined to help, I let him know that I would make an appointment with a company that had some business sense and hung up.

I do not recommend this place at all. I should have known to stay away after seeing the other reviews and terrible work they've done. Do yourself a favor and find another cabinet company to work with.

Hoffman installed cabinets in my DRHorton home. Too many issues to list knicks and dings, chipped painted, missing trim, cabinet installed incorrectly. Add insult to injury no flexibility or respect for my time 30+ days after closing.customer satisfaction is not a goal seemingly, whatever happened to do it right the first time.

Built a new home with a prominent builder but can NOT believe they used Hoffman for cabinets. The paint has come off, the doors don’t open and close smoothly. Just all around cheap!

I didn't visit Hoffman Cabinets. I called to request touch-up paint. They provided 2 pens, which is what I needed for now. Thanks Hoffman
