Hola Café, Carrollton TX

A rude waitress they have, who is Mexican from Durango. We do not ask for free, and we believe that respect for customers should be above anything. Regrettable!

I have lived in Carrollton 10 years and always try to give local businesses a chance, this place is kind of shady, I think they don’t understand what We expect, they request cash, impose tips, I felt uncomfortable, why cash? We all must pay taxes to help Carrollton and Texas, wont return.

Update: service has changed a lot. The full is still good, but customer service it’s none existent.

The place is very well maintained, and enjoyable, they put background music which makes the atmosphere better. We went for lunch time, and the place was empty until about 12: 30pm when it become very busy.
We had the sancocho, pabellón, and the cachapas with pork, which three typical Venezuelan plates. The desert they have tres leches and quesillo, which is like an egg pudding. They have natural juices, including mango and passion fruit. The food was extremely healthy and tasty! It can be a bit pricey though.

Place looks great and clean, including restrooms.server was carismátic,
I got the double burgerlooked so good, I was hungry and ready to eat. First bite a little salty second bite felt saltier.my wife and 2 other people with me got the cachapa Trio. The green ckn and and the light ckn very salty. We sent iit back we requested salad instead so they gave us nice lettuce and tomato salad salt and pepper but very SALTY again. How is that possible after you returned salty food.

My order was an Uber Eats delivery, my food was so poorly packed that all the sauces were outside of the container and spread in all the plastic bags.
The delivery woman forgot the pabellon and then come back and told me "Hola Cafe told me that it does not matter.that is only the rice tha was missed". It does not matter what we order if we paid for it we must receive in good conditions what we ordered.common sense
The food tasted good, but since everything was mixed and outside of the container the texture of the food changed and also the flavor, I am Venezuelan so I know!
I cannot give a good review.
I am very disappointed!

Food is delicious but take out food took forever. Expect that they will put your order in only after everyone else is served.

You have to try Mayra's hallacas! They are well resolved and with a lot of real Venezuelan flavor!

I recommend the BEST empanadas in the metroplex, the dough is thin, a lot of filling, a delicious sauce and the attention like no other! Happiness and success

I went to eat the Christmas Plate. Bad salad, hard bread. Everything was bad because it had been in the refrigerator for days.

I really liked seeing the vinotinto game there and the burger was very good… thanks for all the good attention

I expected much more from this place, I ordered some taqueños and the cold cheese was frozen, and I asked for a pepito which they told me had potatoes and it didn't bring either inside or outside and in the end they didn't resolve the issue. The pepito tasted very strange and bitter, I definitely won't go back to that place.
