Matt is a pleasant no BS guy. Honest and very trustworthy. He kept us up to date on the whole process. He explained everything in detail and helped us find the right solution to our needs. The roofing crew was on time and hard working. They did a really good job cleaning afterwards it really seemed that they werent there at all. Everything was handled perfectly and in time. I dont give compliments easily. This guys are the real deal.

Michael Francis in Sales, explained the whole process, interfaced with the insurance company, and was ALWAYS available to answer questions. He is very professional, personable and helpful. Customer Service is definitely a priority with Michael!
The work crew was courteous, efficient, and cleaned up the property to the point, we couldn't even tell they'd been here.

It is rare these days, to be a raving fan of a service company, but, we are so happy them, we are having them do other work for us as well! They will be our go-to for work we need done on our property.

Holden roofing has been awesome. David came right over, walked the roof and yard, and immediately started helping me with my insurance company. He came over when the adjuster was here and helped walk him through everything. Everything that Holden did for me looks great and David always stops by to make sure that I am good with everything. Roof was done in 1 day start to finish. Deck and fence look great after the paint and stain.

David was very efficient and thorough in his inspection. I really appreciated his explanations and we are very pleased with the result

I can't recommend Holden Roofing, and Matt who worked with me throughout a long ordeal, enough. Matt inspected my roof in May and found hail damage. He submitted a claim to my insurance company on the spot, not leaving it to me to figure out on my own. In June, an insurance adjuster came out to look at it and denied the claim. Matt was baffled, but said not to give up because there was definitely significant damage and we would appeal. He went up and drew chalk marks around all the hail damage and submitted the photos. The insurance company wouldn't budge. Then a storm blew through, knocking down trees in the city, including my neighbor's, so Matt went back up to check it again, in 100-degree weather in July, and found wind damage.

We canceled the claim for hail damage and filed a new claim for wind damage. This time a 3rd-party roofer hired by the insurance company came out to verify that there was damage and submitted a report saying there was significant hail damage and some wind damage. My insurance company then sent out an adjuster to confirm and-surprise-my claim was denied again. After back and forth with the adjuster and the rep assigned to my case, the claim was finally approved. In December.

I have a modest-sized home, so Holden Roofing wasn't going to make a bundle on replacing my roof, but Matt was patient, helpful, professional, encouraging, and determined to get me a new roof throughout. When it came time to put the roof on, he handled all the communications and documents with the insurance company. I didn't have to do a thing. The roofers arrived early in the morning on the assigned date, worked the entire day with a 1-hour lunch break and that night I had a beautiful new roof with absolutely all debris and trash removed. Several of my neighbors stopped to compliment me on how nice it looked and were as amazed as I was at how fast it was completed.

I really can't recommend Holden Roofing or Matt enough. I hope I won't need a new roof for another 20 years, but if I need roof repairs due to wind, hail, or any other kind of damage, I will definitely call Holden Roofing.

Holden Roofing is great. I worked with Scott and anytime I had a question he answered his phone on the first ring. Scott did several check ups during the process of construction and paperwork. No gimmicks, price was what they said it would be! I highly recommend this company.

From the very first meeting with John Jurney, I was impressed with his professionalism. When the crew showed up to begin the work, they were on-time, worked non-stop the first day until it was dark. They completed the job on the second day and it looks OUTSTANDING! Both days they cleaned up the worksite, picking up all the bits and pieces. The team was professional, polite, and helped me feel totally comfortable with the work. John arranged with Solartech Technologies to remove and reinstall my solar panels.
