Not only are their products reasonably priced and great quality, their customer service is wonderful - I had an order of a single t-shirt (from a group / club order) that did not submit, and Hole in the Roof not only made a single t-shirt for me, they only charged me the group rate! 10/10 experience, cannot recommend them enough, and their front desk is very welcoming and helpful. They also have a nice lounge space if you needed to wait, but my pickup was very speedy. Very happy to stay loyal to them for any design needs!

We ordered some torso apparel, bearing our mark, and they conducted this business in a timely and orderly fashion. All the unnecessary questions we had for them were answered kindly and professionally.and the shirts look absolutely killer, to boot! Placed an order through a club/ organization my order was wrong, called to have it corrected my calls were never returned. I called once a week for 2 months finally someone looked into the error on my order and acknowledged that they made an error. Told me they would reach back out to me to correct it.no one ever did and after 3 months I gave up trying to get the error corrected. I spent $60 for an incorrect order. I will never order anything from them again.
