WELL LETS SEE IT STARTED ON A TUESDAY EVENING. WE LIVE IN WICHITA FALLS, TX AND WE HAD SEEN A VEHICLE IN GRAHAM, TX LOCATION THINKING IT WAS IN GRAHAM. BECAUSE IT IS CLOSER TO US. I CALLED AND TURNS OUT IT WAS IN WHITISBORO TX. SO THEY CONNECTED MY CALL TO JEREMY. HE WAS SO NICE AND WORKED SUPER FAST. WE COULDN'T DO THE SALE IN GRAHAM SO WE DROVE TO THEM. HE AND THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT STAYED LATE TO SIGN THE DEAL THEY CLOSE AT 6PM AND SINCE WE WERE DRIVING FROM WICHITA FALLS WE GOT THERE AT 630PM! THE PROCESS WAS SO FAST! We purchased 2 vehicles at this dealership a few months ago a 2021 F-150 XLT and a 2021 Mustang. The truck was even delivered to our home. Shawn was our salesman and he made the whole process easy and smooth. We were very pleased to have worked with him. The finance guy was nice too sorry but I don’t remember his name. This dealership is a little further away fr where we live but I don’t mind bringing the cars here for service because of the excellent customer service they deliver. I recently went to a closer Ford dealer near my location to order accessories and walked out of that store (Sherman) bc of the bad customer service experience. I highly recommend Holiday Ford if you are in the market to buy a vehicle.
