Yesterday was good. Jay Clark, service manager, helped us. Didn't take very long to have oil changed and tires rotated. I finally find out the person's name I need to talk to about GMC concerns. That has taken a while to figure that out.

Took in my Chevy traverse charged me $1,000. A week later I got it back it messed up again and were saying it was another thing that would cost me $2,000 when it was probably caused by not doing the work properly the first time im disappointed I really trusted them.

Went to get new tires. They notified me when they were in. I sat in the waiting room for them to install then. Pleased how it went.

I made an appointment for an oil change. The receptionist was excellent and answered all my questions. Not only did they change my oil and fluids but vacuumed my floor board! I’ll be back.
