One of the best hotels I've stayed in! Very clean, the staff from the front desk, housekeeping (Wally, sweetest lady! Thank you for taking care of mom) to the staff at breakfast were very friendly & helpful! I appreciate & thank you for all your hard work

Stay was ok. Some of the kitchen ladies one German woman and the other lady Hispanic were making rude remarks and making racial slurs. Made me very uncomfortable. Don't know if I would come back or not.

I'll give 5 stars for the staff alone. We were there during a PCS last month. The staff is outstanding. Very polite and kind to my curious toddler. The breakfasts are nice. More than you would expect (biscuits, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, pancakes, cereal etc)
Once a week free dinners for guests also pretty good (pulled pork & hamburgers while we were there).
Pet friendly! We have 2 cats and they were safe in our room.
As far as the rooms, they are average. Standard amenities (pod coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge).
The staff is great. Housekeeping staff especially. They are wonderful. If I had to stay in a hotel during a move again, I would stay at this one.

Super convenient and pet friendly. Suite room was very nice and comfortable.
Desk associates also made sure we were in a pet approved room and very accommodating

The service was great but the facilities are dated. The washer/dryers are free to use but work terribly. Considering the size of the hotel, I’m surprised they don’t have more machines.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is perfect, fitness room is great. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in.

Very clean. No carpets. The two bed room has a separate room that allows privacy, especially if you have kids. The hotel is pet friendly, has complimentary breakfast every morning. The beds and pillows are very soft and comfortable. It is a spacious room.

I have never been treated more rudely at a hotel then by the girls at the front desk. They were even talking out loud in front of other guests how they hate being there and dealing with people. No greetings, and only sarcastic responses every time. They will ignore you until you ask if they are ready then they just stare at you and say I've been waiting on you. The cleaning services are amazing, they work very hard and keep things running smoothly in your room. Maintenance, is quick and professional. But every encounter with two of the front desk females just left me in a bad mood, with a poor taste in my mouth for this hotel. If you can, avoid this hotel for that reason alone.

Had one night of sleep at this hotel. I checked in late, around 9: 30PM ish, everything was smooth and was assigned a room on the 3rd floor. Room was quite small to be honest but has all the needed. Had a very good night of sleep and breakfast the next day. Will definitely stay again when visiting to Ft. Hood.

I'd certainly book a room here again. The only negative is that some floors are pet friendly and some people don't clean up after their pets. Otherwise I thought the hotel was great. Hot water, good pressure, hot breakfast, and kept clean.

Great place with fantastic staff, clean rooms, cold A/C, and a pool. They have breakfast every morning and it has a great selection and is always fresh and topped off. The breakfast staff is very kind, especially the German woman. They do allow pets and have free on-site washers and dryers. Their food/drink selection is quite pricey. Their sinks have too much pressure which causes water to splash everywhere and wastes quite a bit.

Kristen and Krissy are two of the most rude people I've ever come across. I didn't personally deal with Krissy, however, I watched her work with other customers as I was being checked in by Kristin, and she was rude to them.

I walked in and was just stared at. Wasn't ever greeted, or asked how I may be helped. I finally asked Kristin if she was ready for me, and her reply was, "I'm waiting on you. " That's how the initial tone was set. It just got worse from there. Out of every hotel I've stayed in, I've mostly always been treated fairly and respectfully. Even when a customer service worker is having a bad day, they generally aren't this rude. They're just not as bubbly as they could be. You could tell these two ladies are just rude in general.

The rooms are old and dated, and they don't have the standard, super comfortable Holiday Inn Express beds. I won't deny the cleanliness of the room, though. It was immaculately clean. Plus one star for that!

The breakfast was actually very nice and the cleaning service employees are by far the sweetest I’ve come across in all the hotels my family has stayed in. To help them, we bought cleaning equipment and tried keeping our room as clean as possible to give them less work. What we didn’t like was not having anywhere to wash our 2 month olds bottles besides the bathroom tub or sink. My husband and I fully accept that they had all their kitchenette rooms booked, our issue was that we were first told that there couldn’t be accommodations made for us to wash and sanitize our newborns bottles anywhere in the hotel. It wasn’t until I complained when my newborn got sick that they said we could use the hotels kitchen at 5 or so in the morning. We were never able to utilize that option since my husband would need to leave for work earlier than that time and getting 3 children under 4 up and ready by myself from the 3rd floor in the hotels timeframe wasn’t doable either. We stayed 2 weeks of the 90 days reserved and found a better option. I feel for the families that don’t have other options especially since living without a kitchenette to cook actual meals is hard enough on a family. It gets expensive adding up all the cost. I wish for the military and IHG to do better in the future when servicing our military families during PCS moves.

Edit:

I was not offered to clean bottles until kitchen was closed, I was offered until breakfast was ready and served. I didn’t request unlimited access to clean my bottles, I requested 5 pm every day when my husband returned from work. Funny you say that it’s regulation, when it’s just that you didn’t want to go out of your way to accommodate when the other hotel we went to after checking out accommodated us just fine and the 2 other hotels accommodated just fine in Tyler, TX, and Tuscaloosa, AL. We are IHG members and with our tier, we should be allowed 12pm check out and your hotel couldn’t even accommodate that, so that’s why we just went ahead and packed our stuff up until 4pm, cleaned what we could of our room and paid for an extra day and left your hotel. Your rates are not 50% cheaper after 10 days or even close. After leaving, your hotel rates are only $30 cheaper than nicer accommodations found elsewhere, that also meets what IHG rewards program in which we had enough points to get 2 nights free and actually go up a tier. Might I add that a few days before checking out, we were out as a family shopping for microwaveable food when we received a call about a noise complaint that our children were screaming and our dog wouldn’t stop barking, if we could fix the problem when our children were not in the hotel (they were with us). We were asked to fix it as soon as possible. We left our shopping cart to arrive to our hotel room 15 minutes later to our dog that wasn’t barking. But there were screaming children and a dog barking a few hotel rooms down from ours.

I have stayed here twice and both times the two women at the front desk have been extremely rude! Not just to me, but to everyone else as well. It’s negative energy as soon as you walk in the door and they act like they hate working here. They were rude to my husband a few times just when he asked a few simple questions “we would like to see how much it would be for another night” and getting loud was uncalled for. On the plus side. The rooms are very clean!
