Holiday Inn Express & Suites Deer Park, an IHG Hotel

Great place to stay. Close to a lot of restaurants. Breakfast was good with something for everyone. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Loved our stay. The hotel is beautiful. Very classic, historical hotel. Valet treated us well.

Screw this hotel and the people that lie to your wife about their amenities and that they are working. Spent money just for a good hot tub when I got done with work. Well wasted money, they said it’s turned off. Why wouldn’t you turn it on when people are asking about it. Then told her it will be hot in an hour. Hey jackwad it takes 8+ hours in this temp for a hot tub to heat up. Won’t refund so we can go stay at a hotel that actually has a HOT tub. These people are waste of space.

Pretty good hotel for the are. I love that it is close to my work. Hotel staffs have been pretty good and understanding too. I didn't like like that the outside property lights keep on turning off at night. So that could be a safety issue.

Great place for over night stay. Room was well organized and clean. I had no issues with the employees.

Very cute. Good laundry. Microwave and fridge in every room. Good fitness center and good banquet room.

Room was nice, modern looking and very clean. Staff was friendly. Only complaint is the AC was inadequate for room size so it never cooled to desired temp.

Hotel for oil workers. If you work at the refinery and want to drive 30 minutes to get a beer.this is your place. Also, room only has HOT water. Like really hot. Showering was interesting.

The room was both beautiful and comfortable and their restaurant had a fantastic breakfast.

Dirty underwear in couch. I witnessed the front desk employees being combative and argue with customers openly in the lobby. Police have to be called to calm the employees down.

This is a no fuss hotel in a residential area. It felt safe (there are homes near and a church across the street). Close to the highway.
The room was clean (you can tell the rooms arent brand new, but not dirty or smelly).
The breakfast was a typical "free hotel" spread.
If we vacation in Houston again, I would definitely stay again.

For Father’s Day we rented a room at this location. My boyfriend checked in and they gave us the wrong room. Went to front desk and the the front desk girl was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience. Went up to our room and everything looked good but once we got closer to the beds the comforter was dirty, called front desk and they immediately sent someone to change them. The room was very dusty and I’m not the one to complain much but what I didn’t like at all was that we actually rented the room there because of the pool. That pool needs maintenance really bad. The hot tub stunk and the smell made us leave when we wanted to spend the majority of the time in the pool with our kids. We were really disappointed on how we didn’t get to spend enough time in the pool like we really wanted.
