Holiday Inn Express & Suites Denton South, an IHG Hotel

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff to check me in. (Faith)
Room and amenities are clean and well kept. The location is located next to a ton of restaurants and right close to a Buc'eea IYKYK. Construction of roadway was a little bit of pain but did not effect my stay. I highly recommend.

If you want to get blamed for damages, stay here. We were charged almost $300 for a sofa bed that we did not damage, just got blamed for. We own up to our mistakes but this one was not ours. Apparently my tiny 40 lb 6 year old who slept on it, completely bent the frame and busted the bolts out according to the GM. I have never had a worse hotel experience than dealing with this. The GM just kept telling me "maybe you shouldn't go breaking people's sofa beds, and not wanting to pay for them. " And when I said I was going to dispute it with my bank she said "good, I get dispute transactions all the time and always win. " So fair warning to everyone.literally left me in tears after being on the phone and just repeatedly being blamed for something I did not do. The only evidence they have is "it worked before you, but not after you. "

I've stayed a quite a few Holiday Inns in the DFW area, and I was extremely impressed with this one. The room we had was very spacious, like surprisingly so. There was far more room in our King Bed room that I expected and it was well appointed and even included a white-noise machine. The service was great and I received (probably automated) text messages throughout my stay to ensure everything was going well. Will definitely be using this location for my future stays in the area!

Every second, from beginning to end, was excellent! Everyone from management to front desk to housekeeping were super nice and accommodating! When we made our reservation we requested a room with a tub in lieu of a shower. At check-in we were told our room had a shower. We requested to change rooms and the desk clerk quickly made the change. In fact, the manager personally walked us up to our room to make sure we were pleased. I just cant say enough good things about this hotel! We will definitely stay again and will highly recommend!

We rented their conference room for a large family gathering. The place was exceptionally clean! The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I would most definitely contact them again in the future! I can’t say enough about how nice it was! They truly helped make our Thanksgiving gathering something very special!

Had a brief stay at this location and was very happy with the experience. Sky was the lady at the front desk and was very accommodating and polite. Breakfast was served hot and on time by Michael who was also very polite. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I will stay at this location any time I am in the area.

Great place to stay, The rooms and bathrooms nice, clean and neat. They also have free breakfast in the morning. The beds is so comfortable I slept well. I will definitely be back!

Excellent service! The attention 1000/10. Upon arrival all the staff were very friendly, the hotel as a whole is super clean. Mr. Avila and Sky provided exceptional service. Without hesitation I would stay again. I highly recommend it.

Construction blocked convenient access. Also staff of construction company used the only shaded parking available.

I've stayed at several IHG hotels but this one particular was very cheap. The breakfast lineup was scarce, the cook complained about having to cook too much because of the volume. The tissue paper is cheap and balls up. The desk clerks were very pleasant no complaints there. I honestly think it's the owner whose cheap because they kept speaking of budget cost. Maybe they need to raise the budget, but other holiday inn that I've stayed at didn't have half a breakfast menu.

I always enjoy staying at Holiday Inn, and this Denton branch doesn’t disappoint. The rooms are clean and the service is super friendly. Also, this location is conveniently located with walking distance to several good restaurants and a movie theater, so if you’re tired after a long drive, you can find something to do nearby.

If you like getting scammed out of a significant amount of money despite never having stayed at the hotel, this is a great choice.

And no, I didn't agree to anything at the time of booking. I simply "forfeited" a "deposit" I never made in the first place and that was not indicated when I made the reservation, and that was suddenly debited from my account only after I cancelled the reservation. Seems pretty scammy to me.

Wow this may be the best experience I have had at a Holiday Inn Express! Faith and Brandon at the front desk are simply outstanding! They exhibit remarkable customer service in every way. Hoping a manager sees this and commends them for great work.

This hotel is and always will be my number one go to hotel. I live in Georgia and work in Texas. I have stayed here 15 times now and I have never been disappointed with any of my stays. When I come to work in Texas I will stay at this hotel even though my work could be over an hour away, that's how much I enjoy this hotel.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful workers that clean the rooms and the entire building to help keep this hotel in the outstanding condition that it is in, hats off to those fine people.

The front desk workers are always friendly and have always helped me whenever I needed it.

The location is amazing! Right off the highway and there are multiple restaurants within a 2-3 mile radius. There is also a Bucees right down the street, just cut through the apartments behind the hotel and you're at Bucees.

A 5 star rating just doesn't do this hotel justice but maybe this review can.

I stayed here because of the reviews but i had the worst hotel experience i’ve ever had.

When i arrived to my very smelly, outdated room, the remotes batteries were dead. Not a big deal at all. About 8: 00 the next morning there is loud, repeated banging on the door! I’m talking about 8 seconds of loud nonstop banging until i woke up out of REM sleep. The cleaners enter the room while i’m unclothed yelling “i’m in here i’m in here” and he goes “i’m sorry they have this room as vacant” i also get a text & email saying at SIX AM “thanks for your stay”

i call the front desk to tell them that i’m still in here the front desk goes “oh”.

I check out, return my key, they don’t acknowledge my existence. No “hope you enjoyed your stay” no “goodbye” no “how was everything” i just went about my day. No level of customer service at all. This place sucks

The front desk help, Skylar and Julissa made you feel welcomed. Michael, in the dining room made sure breakfast was well supplied and he was very accommodating when guest needed additional items. Juan helped me to my room as I was traveling with my grandchildren and my grandson was afraid to ride in the elevator.
The room was clean and neat. The only drawback was the ight over the vanity. It was not bright
enough for me to apply my makeup.
I would definitely stay here again.

Very Friendly staff. Beds where pretty comfy. The only thing that was a little weird was the second floor which is where we stayed had dips and rivets on the floor, so someone whit any walking issues could possible trip. Other that that the hotel was clean and our room was clean and the breakfast was pretty good too.

The service at this location was outstanding! The clerk that checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. The facility is bright and clean. The staff were all very friendly. It felt like home.away from home!

Love the atmosphere here! Front desk is always happy and inviting! The breakfast is amazing! Kiddos to Mike very nice and always has a smile. The rooms are very clean and the hotel is managed very well!

Great price for value. The room was spacious and clean. Brandon at the front desk was awesome! Great communication and friendly. Plus, the complimentary breakfast is really good!
