Holiday Inn Express & Suites Eagle Pass, an IHG Hotel

Very nice hotel, very clean, and very friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again. It is a bit on the expensive side compared to hotels in the area, but I was a short walk from the truck stop.

I really enjoy staying at the Holiday Inn in Eagle Pass. The room is very clean and comfortable. I'm am able to get a good nights sleep. The employees are very attentive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Be careful when you make your reservation here you call to the number that appear in Google and the send you to another system and they never found your resevation. The mannager is a horrible and disrespectful person we try to fix the problem with our reservation and came a family person and she ignore us. The poor guy in the front just know to say sorry.

Great hotel in the Eagle Pass area. The staff is very profesional. Isabel is incredibly accommodating and made my stay a wonderful experience. She most definitely deserves a raise for all she does to ensure guest satisfaction.

Isabell who works the front desk was great! She was able to find me a room when everybody else was sold out. The hotel staff is very friendly. If you’re coming to Lucky Eagle Casino, you should consider staying here as it’s only a few minutes from the casino.

About the only thing that was good was the breakfast. Room was ok and the bathtub had plenty of rust to go around. I must say that this place is outdated and I believe it has not been remodeled like others I have stayed at. Also, been going back and forth with the staff about a charge that they mad towards my card that wasn't supposed to happen. Still waiting for a refund since August, when I stayed there. I would say that I will not be using this hotel next time I am in Eagle Pass, TX.

Most definitely NOT worth $257 a night! The room smelled like mildew, the bathroom tub was dirty. The bathroom needs upgrading because the bathtub was rusty and the pain was chipping. The rug smelled dirty and I did not feel comfortable showering without flip flops or walking around bare foot. Update the price or update the rooms!

My stay is ALWAYS fantastic! Isabel, the manager, greets me by name and makes sure my stay is a comfortable one. I've stayed in other hotels in Eagle Pass but this is the best for customer service!

The room and bathroom were clean, the only thing is that the breakfast was so so because some things were empty or cold like the oatmeal, no forks, coffee watered

Hotel room was overpriced. The room was okay, but not $311 worth. The bathroom needs updating - painting chipping and visible rust in the tub. Also, the shower didn't work - only hot water came out, then the shower wouldn't turn off. The heat of the steam made the room so hot in an already hot summer day. When we tried to call the front desk, the room phone was not working, so we called from our cell phones, but no one ever answered. Additionally, there was only one towel available in the room when we checked in. Again, nothing major, but just inconveniences we experienced that we feel shouldn't be experienced in a room that cost us $300 a night. I will say that the manager, Isabel, gave us her card and said she would give us a discount next time we stayed there. While that was professional of her, how did that help with our current experience? We have no plans of returning to Eagle Pass anytime soon. Would we recommend? No.

My room was so moldy you could smell it. Throughout my stay the AC got worse and worse until I saw it growing in my vents. When maintenance came to fix it he said it the worse AC he has ever seen. He tried to treat it with 2 different chemicals and nothing worked so he replaced the AC fully. Still, the room smelled moldy and there is a huge water damaged spot in the bathroom. Their solution was to paint over it. Which as you know does not solve the problem of mold. Oh and the carpet has visible mold growing as well.

Ourstnding customer service! Very well located hotel. Best place to stay in Eagle Pass, TX. Great facilities. You really feel welcome here! Isabel is the best of the best. She will run the extra mile to make you feel at home! Highly recommended. See you in my next travel!

Traveling for work is always hard, but the staff here is so welcoming and make it feel like a family. I will come back here every time I’m in the area!

The staff is great, very hospitable. I appreciate Ms. Isabel accommodating an early check-in for 3pm. The hotel is very clean as the staff continues to clean common areas throughout the day. Very thankful for all the hotel staff, super helpful and friendly.
