Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston NW - Tomball Area, an IHG Hotel

First off, read the entire post. In the first room I had, there were some issues. The wallpaper in the bathroom was falling down and had some dust or mold. I reported it to the front desk, and they immediately got me a new room and apologized for the issue. The next day, it looked like they had already had someone taking care of that issue in the room. I don't blame anyone for that. That could have happened at any time, and if it goes unreported, the front desk staff doesn't know to fix it. The staff was amazing and always greeted you. The day I checked in, I was a little early, and a young lady suggested a local restaurant called Goodsons, and it's amazing! The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The pillows are too fluffy for me, I prefer smaller and a little stiffer. But that's my opinion. They have a small store to buy snacks at. It's overpriced, but it's for the convenience of it. The breakfast was great and enough to choose from. The hotel is in a perfect location for shopping and food. Overall, did I have an issue? Yes. But the staff took care of it and made sure my stay was taken care of. It's not a bad place, I would go back.

Hands down the best customer service I’ve had with a hotel. We had a large family event and the management was extremely easy to work with and all the staff went over and beyond to help our guests. They set up additional vehicles for shuttles and event drove an older family member to a few stores when they arrived early. So happy we went with Holiday Inn for our room block and recommend them highly to anyone wanting a great and super clean stay in Tomball.

If your looking for a place In Tomball, they have an amazing breakfast. Was there doing work for a resident so I can't comment on the rooms or service, but it's a cool location with lots of things very close.

I drove to the Houston area to say goodbye to my dying brother. It was not a welcome trip. But where I DID feel welcome was this sanctuary of a hotel each night after my daily hospital visit.

I felt safe in the parking lot going to and from my room. I was able to sleep well in the quiet, clean room.

I thanked the front desk as I left and told them “good job. ”
You won’t regret your choice if you stay here. It was a blessing and a haven to me in a very stressful time.
