This hotel really is a cut above the norm. Excellent customer service as well. Highly recommended for extended stays.

Shuttle is a 20min drive and only runs once an hour. Called several times but was told “just pulling ip”, “at terminal B, will be at C shortly”. All along the operator knew the shuttle was far away, since it only runs “once an hour on the hour”.

Abysmal.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is located just 15 minutes from the airport which was incredibly convenient. The hotel also provided complimentary breakfast every morning which was a great way to start the day.

The room itself was well-appointed and very comfortable, with all the amenities one could need. The staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a great experience at the Holiday Inn and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The staff are super nice. The room is amazing with a super comfortable bed. The blanket/sheets and pillows feels and smells brand new. Big flat screen TV. All hotel soap and lotion products are Dove brand. FREE breakfast served before 6am. Also shuttle bus are 24 hours.

Only downside is that they do not have any complimentary bottled water in the fridge, and no hotel toothbrush & toothpaste. Lastly the air-con in my room is by the window, which means I can’t fully close the blinds to keep the room dark.

Overall great experience. Highly recommend staying in this hotel.

I didn't like how room service wasn't do e daily. We were there for 3 days, and we had to keep going to get towels and wash clothes. Then we had a late flight, and I asked about checkout and was told 11. Then, other family members disclosed that the late check out was 1 and no additional charge. They should have informed me. I was worried about where I was going till my flight left.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, good bathroom & shower, and good restaurants next door. Also great breakfast. If you are on a United voucher, pick this hotel.

Location is aweful. Very dirty, stray dogs everywhere. Pool and hot tub area looked under kept. Rooms need remodeling.

Clean room with a hearty breakfast. I travel frequently and I’ve NEVER slept in a room with a ceiling fan. The sleeper sofa was comfortable and the fridge keeps beer/food cold. I’ll definitely be back. Plus, the hotel is within walking distance to Popeyes, A gas station with tacos, Whataburger, etc.

Stayed the night due to missed connections. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was a normal holiday inn food. The hotel has such a personality to it when you walk in.

The Breakfast is well appointed! Many choices. Love mammory of cow juice! Biscuits & gravy, Rocks!

We called the hotel when we landed at 10: 15 PM as we were instructed to do so the shuttle can pick us up. When we got to the pick up area, the shuttle was no where to be found. So we called the hotel again. They told us they will be there in 20 minutes. We waited longer. By the time we got checked in, it was 11: 45 PM. During check in, I found a cockroach on the coffee station in the dining area. Went ahead with room because we were told that we had to leave with the 5 AM shuttle because the 6 AM shuttle was full even though our flight was not until 9 AM. We had less than 5 hours of sleep. I couldn't sleep and I decided to call Holiday Inn customer service and they asked if I spoke with the property manager. I said if I wanted to speak to them, I would have done so already. Customer Service decided to speak with the local management anyways and told them to find out how to solve the issue. This was after midnight. The night management sent a non English speaker to solve the issue. I was thinking what are they going to do bug bomb the hotel in the middle of the night? I did not sleep for a few hours. In the morning, I asked that the room be comped and I am still waiting. I was supposed to stay here on out way back for a layover and I decided to cancel and stay somewhere else. If I don't get my money back from them, I will dispute the charges.

A room was arranged due to a delayed flight. Very friendly staff and a nice place to sleep. The shuttle in the morning was bringing us back right on time!

So its definitely in the least desirable part of town. But room was clean, staff was cool. Wasn't noisy and my car was safe. Its food places everywhere. I'm from the hood (not like Soulja Boy but for real) so the area didn't bother me much.

Really nice event room. I went there for a 70s party, so I have no idea about the rooms. Really nice location, especially if traveling through Houston on I 45. Restaurants nearby as well.

Very good customer service. But whom ever is doing housekeeping needs to be retrained. My sheets were filthy! I called the front desk and was brought new bed sheets and blankets. But I feel as if more should've been done. I was very disappointed with my stay. I will never use this hotel again!

Very clean. Amazing value for the price. In less than 25 minutes I was able to check in, drop off my bags and get a hot meal at the fast food restaurant whatttaburger next door.
Excellent customer service nice staff.

Shuttle service was very delayed. Unsure how it takes 1 1/2 hours to pick at airport to hotel plus late to pick up in AM shuttle to arrive back to airport. Plan accordingly if you have time commitments. Rude shuttle driver in the AM. Argued that we did not have pick up reservations which we clearly made at check in. Hotel rooms themselves where fine and clean. Just won't recommend if sole purpose is for airport travel due to poor shuttle service.

The entire place had a weird smell and there was 5 gates but only 2 worked ad they were on Completely opposite sides of the area I just think that they should be more clear on it
