Holiday Inn San Antonio Seaworld, an IHG Hotel

Stayed here for a week for a training out on in the hotels ball room. The restaurant ran by Jenny had good service and great food. For the training class, Andrew did a fantastic job of keeping coffee, water and snacks for everyone. The security gentleman, Marc did a fantastic job roving the parking lot at night keeping everyone’s vehicles secure. And Del did an awesome job overseeing everything!

Update: I stayed for another week and everything was just a great as the first time with the same great service from everyone

Andrew, Joseph, Jenny, Mark, and Del took care of our group during a week stay we had at the hotel.

Hotel room was standard, but the service was great. Hotel staff was friendly and always willing to help. Was super impressed with Mark who went out of his way to make sure the parking lot was safe and no vehicles were burglarized. Also found the employees Andrew, Joseph, Jenny, and Del to be very nice.

Great place to stay. The full service restaurant is awesome. We slept great in our rooms. Christian was our attendant in the from desk. He was amazing, very helpful and made us feel right at home.

Another great stay at this hotel. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. Jenny is the restaurant was super friendly and was on point by making sure we had everything we needed and drinks were full. Mark was constantly busy addressing needs around the hotel and pulled double duty keeping an eye on vehicles in the parking lot. Knowing my vehicle was safe really helped me focus on other things and not worry about me truck getting broken into.

Great experience! Staff was great took awesome care of me throughout the stay! Special thanks to Andrew, Jenny, Mark, and Del for going beyond my expectations! I will definitely be back.

I stayed at this hotel for a week on business. I dined at the grill, used the gym, outdoor pool, and hung out with coworkers after hours at the bar and in the lobby. During my stay I met some exceptional employees, Mark, with security was awesome and made me confident that my vehicle would be safe in the hotel lot. Jenny, Andrew and Joseph really took care of us and our needs during our work conference. Fabiola was so nice and friendly at the front desk and she assisted me with getting a late checkout, and was warm and engaging in conversation. Thank you all for the wonderful stay.

Andrew and Joseph were great help. Jenny in the restaurant was great. Mark with security was lovely and brought me a free soda. Del was great too.

Great place to stay! Super clean and the food at the restaurant was great. Breakfast buffet was delicious ans out server Lorena was very helpful. She was super sweet and made our Breakfast extra special. Great service!

Really enjoyed the stay. Andrew, Joseph, Jenny, Del made the stay very comfortable. The meeting room
was very nice and the staff provided fresh drinks and pastries. Mark made sure our vehicle and contents were secure, while he patrolled the parking lot at all hours. Very satisfied with the staff.

I would like to thank the friendly staff for letting me check in early, had a quinceniera and needed to change. The staff were very friendly at check in and next day at checkout thought the breakfast buffet was included and the front desk clerk gave us 3 a voucher to eat for no charge. The rooms were clean and up to date. Love that it was 10 minutes away from event. Thank you all for your hospitality. I will defenetly recommend you all. God bless you all.

Stayed at this location for a business training for a week. All the staff was great. Specifically Andrew, Joseph, Jenny, Mark, and Del. They made sure we were taken care of and everything was in tip top shape.

I want to take a moment to commend the staff I came across during my stay at the Holiday Inn Seaworld location. Andrew and Joseph with (BQTS) were great and took care of me. Jenny from the restaurant was so nice and courteous. Del had everything running smoothly for our meetings and made sure we were taken care of. Mark (security) was friendly and gave me a peace of mind known my vehicle would be safe during the night. Highly recommend this location and will definitely be coming back!

This stay was amazing, this is the nicest Holiday Inn that I have ever been to. I would like to give a special thanks to the staff that worked soo hard for the conference I was attending this week. They made sure we had everything we needed and more. Thank you soo much Andrew, Joseph, Jenny, Mark, and Del, yall are complete Rockstars.

The location was perfect for SeaWorld / Aquatica guests. We rented a car, not knowing the hotel offers a free shuttle to/from SeaWorld. The staff made our stay really enjoyable. Fabiola at the front desk and Jenny in the restaurant were amazing! The breakfast buffet is great and kids at FREE. If booking online, look for the "breakfast included" rate and it should only be $10 more per person, $5 cheaper than paying at the restaurant. Our kids enjoyed seeing the hotel's cats every time we walked in and they spotted deer along the tree line behind the hotel. We will definitely stay here again and again while using our SeaWorld annual passes.
