The people at this location are very friendly and offer several good recommendations. They also do inspections and free roof inspections to help give you piece of mind.

DON'T BUY from them. They sold us a trailer without inspecting the breaks. Seriously considering legal recourse. The whole break assembly is collapsed. If my husband wasn't a mechanic we wouldn't have known until we wrecked. Now they "don't know how they're gonna fix it. " GO TO ANOTHER DEALER.
They sold us a trailer with a leak. Ground was wet when we did pre buy inspection because they had "cleaned it" but I now suspect fraudulent business practices. They have had our trailer for weeks to "fix it" and can't give me any update. They tried to charge us for a winterizing kit but upon further questioning revealed they had no RV antifreeze, which we had to go hunt down, from their competitors. I cannot urge you strongly enough to not give these people your business.

Mark Nelson was so cool to work with, not only was he knowledgeable, but he was straight up and honest with us and helped us tremendously with our decision about our first RV. Tracy Allison in parts was also amazing. For our first walk-in experience at an RV Dealer, (which in my mind would be like going to a used car lot but did not turn out that way) this visit was off the charts productive. We will be regulars here for service and accessories for our first rig that we ended up buying from a friend, but thanks to Mark and his integrity, we were able to make a decision with a peace of mind that we did not possess before spending time with him. If you go ask for Mark, he is our go-to guy for all things RV!

Holiday world really stepped up their game for me. They bent over backwards for over a month with all the questions and things I needed done before I would purchase a motorhome. With all the phone calls and text messages I never felt like a burden or was treated rudely. Seriously a great experience. Thank you Austin and Brian for all that you did to help our family get our dream motorhome!

I walked into this location completely unsure of my next move. I had never purchased a Travel Trailer and was a bit uneasy. Fortunately Josh was the first to greet me. He was professional but was also laid back and honest. I told him what I was looking for and he didn't waste anytime showing me layouts that fit my needs. Conversation was easy with Josh. I ended up buying a trailer and was on a strict schedule due to work. They worked well with my schedule and had my trailer ready. Josh was extremely helpful. The technician Ube was also very helpful during the walk-thru and make ready. Some items on the trailer were damaged but they are going to fix them at a later date. Easy process

We took our Cougar 311RES out for the first time! Everything was going great until we lost most of our power! Lights went dim, microwave stopped working.it was a nightmare
I called our salesman Austin and he and Wayne talked us through the problem in a matter of minutes! We are extremely happy with the quick response and expert help!
Saved our 4 day weekend camping trip!

I do not suggest anyone buying from this place. We spent over $80k on a c class and have taken it out one time. We have already had to have the generator worked on and had to pay for that even though we spent a fortune on the extended warranty which is a joke. They totally lie to you about that. Our rv has been in for repairs for 3 months now supposedly waiting on radio and backup camera. The service department is ridiculous. If you can get them to answer the phone or return your call it’s a miracle. Then they have some sorry excuse for why it keeps taking so long. This whole experience has been a nightmare. My husband and I have looked forward to our retirement traveling in our rv which has been one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve ever dealt with. I don’t know how this place stays in business.

Jason O’Brien and the team at Holiday World in League City were all a pleasure to work with in purchasing our first camper! We drove from Louisiana for a particular toy hauler that they had.
