The moment you enter there's Vanessa there's Elizabeth you get a sense of you're welcome and they're going to take care of you. My salesman Colby Clarkston was excellent he listened to me he knew exactly what I was trying to say. Justin explained everything to me he was wonderful and then Mike came in for the financial stuff. Not 1 time did I feel pressured nor intimaded about the buying process. ALL OF THEM working as a team. KUDOS to you all and I thank you for your kindness, patience and above your respect for me during the whole process.

My experience was horrible. My salesman was bad, I was lied too several times. And when I called to speak to the GM of the place. He would not return my call. I will never buy from this place ever again and I do not recommend this dealer. Going to make a sign on my RV saying something about this dealer so people will see it when I'm traveling.

What a great experience working with Will Ferguson today! He walked me through all of my questions with such detail allowing me to have a very good understanding and feeling about RV’s. Will even took the time to make sure towing capabilities of my truck to my desired unit size.

We love the service department here! Gerald takes amazing care of us every time. He gets our rig fixed and makes sure to help educate us on how to prevent future problems. Terri is also fantastic. Wonderful and helpful service from our Service Tech, Kelly. We have brought our motorhome to Holiday World in Willis several times and have always been pleased with their work.

Drove 65 miles in Houston traffic today to reach the Willis store. I felt like the drive was worth it from the service I received. Gerald in service took care of our warranty needs by getting some furniture replaced. Terri in parts went beyond the expected by making sure I got what I needed while giving great advice. This place is great for their knowledgeable parts sales staff, Terry particularly, you can feel assured that when you ask her a question 90% percent of the time she’s gonna know about, as she says, she’s been doin this way to long.

Went last Saturday took look at a used Montana. Talked with Arthur prior to my arrival. Very friendly, and explained everything about the camper before I purchased. Very good people and will work with you!

Everyone here has been extremely helpful to us as we purchased our Grand Design trailer. Special thanks to David in sales, Terri in parts, Lila in accounting, the tech who helped us and then brought JV over to fix a small issue. We have found them to be caring, patient, safety minded, and personable folks. The transaction went smoothly.

We had a family member sleeping in his truck and showering at truck stops due to the lack of housing in Midland TX. We called and within hours had a travel trailer for him to take back to live like a human again. From Robert, Daryl, Justin and especially Terri, the whole staff made it easy and fast. RV’s and travel trailers are usually for fun weekends at the lake, but Holiday World saved our cousins life. Thanks to everyone that helped bring dignity to a good man.

Out anyway. Showed us around, explained differences on a few models and gave us a tour of the Willis Holiday World. The best sales person you could hope for. Definitely worth the drive to talk to someone knowledgeable and helpful.
