Hollister Co. reviews
10Quick service and good pants, but shipping expensive both ways: down 14$ for returning a $25 pair of pants. You are best ordering enough for free shipping and returning stuff physically to the store if close by.
Great place! Wondering when I'm going to get the second bottle of cologne! Areopastle is undersaling just so you know
Organized store but when an employee walks around with her stomach out and NO BRA, that’s inappropriate.
The price you see isn't the price you pay. Marked 21.99 actually is 54.00 like thats more then double the price that was posted and when we brought it up to the worker they told us that thats only if you get the skinny cut which there weren't any other prices posted.
The Best Clothing Store For Young Adults and Young at. Great variety, for all no matter what the occasion is you will find something to buy to wear my photos are from the guy's side of the store
Staff were not identifiable except at the register and those that were, were more interested in their phones than helping customers.
I just wanted to share my feedback on the store in Waco, TX along with it's best practices onboarding. I had not been to a store since before the pandemic. When walking into the Hollister, I was warmly greeted by a sales person and asked what I was shopping for. The associate then provided a needs assessment to uncover and solve my wardrobe wants. They advised me also on popular fragrances and fashionable accessories. The merchandise was very clean, organized, and sized properly. The clearance was also straight and well maintained. The products that were displayed on mannequins were on trend, colorful, and had great promotions. I thought this could be great place to work and applied. The application process was quick, efficient, and thorough. Upon returning to the store I was greeted by Christian. He was very charismatic, warm, and friendly. Our interview consisted of scenarios that would be part of your everyday role. He actively listened to my thoughts and opinions on the brand and I was able to present details of my sales background. I felt heard, appreciated, and we discussed how the company is giving back to great causes within our community during these unprecedented times. I was given an offer but had other options that more closely suited my career objectives. What I can say wholeheartedly though is that this is a caring company. They think and feel deeply and want to hear feedback that will help them learn and grow. I felt as though my answers could make an impact in future company decisions. They have come so far since days of exclusivity to inclusivity to all including minority's, LGBTQ+, and more who often felt their image didn't align in the past with the brand. I hope they build upon this further by extending sizes, having a pride line, developing specialty items like bluetooth headphones and speakers, and living the brand values. I am so proud of the Hollister team growth in Waco, TX and I know it will continue to do great things with the leadership it has within and the talents they seek. A wonderful experience on both fronts from beginning to end.
CHRISTIAN was extremely rude to me and my family at the store today. Not only did he make us feel uncomfortable and unsafe, he accused us of stealing clothes and our car keys that we accidentally left! We usually love Hollister but won’t be returning because of the terrible service, provided by CHRISTIAN.
The clothes are cute but the customer service at hollister is terrible. Most of the employees are unfriendly and just stare at you the whole time you shop. One of the employees (Christian) waited right outside the door while me and my friends were trying on clothes to make sure we didn’t steal anything. He made us feel uncomfortable and made me not want to buy their clothes.
Hollister jeans are my favorite! I’ve shopped here for about six months since I love their jeans. Personally, the store always looks nice and clean. But I have a little bit of a complaint. I’ve shopped here on multiple occasions and seen many different employees and a few of the same employees and I still haven’t gotten help or been asked if I needed anything. The biggest interaction I’ve had with an employee is asking for a fitting room. I would personally love to see them asking customers for help more because there’s been times I’ve needed it.
