Hollow Tree Park, Houston TX

Rent somewhere else. Apartment may look nice but they have pest problem, also a CRIME problem. Cars are constantly broke into. One night almost 30 cars broke into with “security” there doing their “rounds”. The office is is ineffective.

Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. I lived here for two years and have just recently moved due to all the frustration this complex has to offer. The apartments themselves are seriously nice, on the inside. The surroundings, neighbors and upkeep of the grounds is an entirely different thing. For 2 years the concrete on my landing was so gross that I refused to have guests over and I asked too many times to count to have it pressure washed. So when viewing the “Model apt” I suggest you ask to look at the other buildings to see how the appear.
Trash was always strewn all over, neighbors would have trash outside their doors that the trash service wouldn’t pick up, for weeks. I’ve pics to back this up and office staff never followed thru on violations in regards to it. Neighbor blared loud music at all hours of the night and day. Nothing done. The last 6 months I was there and the final straw was the neighbors partaking of weed that came thru my vents constantly and staff told me there was nothing they could do about what others did in their own place. WTH kind of complex allows this? ! Last time I checked, it’s still illegal in the state of Texas. I get it, do your thing but as long as it doesn’t affect me and if it does and it’s illegal, they should do something to protect my rights and my living surroundings.
Many of the reviews talk about how great the staff is, and yes, they are right, they are great. But remember they are only representatives of the owners and leasing company. Their job is to be all sunshine and roses and to convince you that the place is Amazing. Do your homework, read the reviews, check the other areas of the complex besides the model, check the area crime rate and then decide if you want to waste $1000 plus at this place. I sure didn’t any longer.

Luis took his time to make sure that we had the apartment we wanted as well as we needed. Luis made every single step clear, super easy and fast. By his being empathic to our needs, I felt as we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. The office staff is very friendly as well. Luis is awesome, and very patient. I am happy to have found the right place, the complex is beautiful and well maintained Way to go team!

I had one of the best customer service experience with Luis Santos! He was such a nice, helpful and friendly person. I really recommend him for any assistance need it.

Neutral at this point. My father was here for 8 years (i think he moved in in 2012, we they were called Hollow Tree republic) i was here for 3 years.

Things i liked: size of apartment, gate and absolutely no flooding during Harvey in the area.

Dislikes: that we’ve been through about 5 management changes (hard to build up a since of community when you don’t know how long someone gonna be there)
-Price obviously went up 2012 he was paying 800, rent got to 1100 by 2019 i had to to start taking over.
- lastly trying to get ahold of someone in the office was tiresome.
- i had assigned (PAID) parking but i had a common issue with ppl parking in my spot and since i work graveyard the tow trucks took forever (45min to hours) to come it was more me paying for other ppl to park in my spot after a 12 hr shift.
No bug issues til maybe 2018 or 2019 after they did construction and started redecorating.

I really appreciate the staff member Mike Houston. He's very punctual, friendly, kind and patient. He makes sure before you walk out that office you are satisfied. Through my whole process of moving in, he was very helpful; good attitude and nice everytime. We need more people like Mike Houston!

I just have to say the staff micheal, cici, and estella are amazing.they make you feel at peace and safe.they are so patient with all of my questions, concerns and request.i feel at home now and i cant wait until it gets hot to enjoy that pool. Thank you guys very much also I have enjoyed the workout room and hopefully I will get to meet some of my neighbors this thursday.

Michael Houston is awesome! I’ve moved here last month and any questions I had he was the one I went too. He’s real cool guy and he’ll make sure you wouldn’t walk out the office without being satisfied. Thanks again!

Amazing office staff! They are always willing to help and accommodate to your satisfaction. Living here has been a great experience with all the new remodeling as well.

Me and my family just moved into these apartments. And they are amazing. The staff are so sweet and attentive they make sure to meet all of your needs. Cece and Mike are truly awesome. The clubhouse, pool and all of the extra amenities are way worth the price you pay to stay here. I would recommend this place to everyone.
I am relatively new to Houston I’ve only been here about three years and I’ve had some bad experiences with the apartment complexes from the very first day you start the rent there. And i did not get the feeling i would have to deal with the nonsense here. I truly love it. And plus another thing to keep in mind is that a lot of the staff stays on site. So that let you know that they want to keep it nice because they live here too. ️️️

When you wait 20 minutes and no one comes out to help you, a lady said ill be right with you to forget us waiting and left us alone. Not a good way to treat a possible future resident.

Great place to live compared to the surrounding Apartments. The front office staff (Cece, Mike and Jonathan) are all very friendly and helpful!

The staff (Mike Houston) was very helpful when I was waiting for a package, also in making sure that pest control sprayed my apartment, and when my toilet had to be reset

I was pleasantly surprised with my tour. All of the floor plans were good. It was hard to choose which was better. Michael Houston made the process delightful. He’s personable and very knowledgeable. He really makes you feel at ease. He takes the time to answer any questions you may have. If you plan on taking a look at these apartments, ask for Michael.
