My daughter asked for dip nails but they gave her gel instead and the person doing her nails didn’t pay attention to what he was doing like he put on all of her nails a little crooked. He didn’t put enough glue on and her nail is about to fall off. Did the design bad and didn’t pay attention to what he was doing. I will never be going there again.

The lady was really rude as soon as we walked in.and the customer service was horrible, Brought my best friend to get her nails done and ended up getting her eyebrows done as well. Spent 60$, and wasn't even offered anything to drink. Definitely won't be bringing her back.

Came in for pedi.they cut my toe clipping my cuticles.my hot towels were Luke warm at most. I paid for the caluis removal which was not done very well.was not offered a drunk and the staff did not talk.all around bad experience. Will not be back

Didn’t have the color we wanted, lady was on the phone, didn’t listen to my wishes, cricked nails, french tip had to much white, and didn’t offer a drink

My friend and I go here every month or every other month for manicures/pedicures. It's a really nice place with so many options and services! The staff is lovely too.:)

I normally go to another nail place but didn't get appointment when I need so I went to holly nails will never go back again they are awful. It was the lady in front next to the door. Completely awful never again. Don't go here or different lady please. $65 FOR THESE NAILS

Unfortunately, my usual nail salon was closed so I decided to give Holly’s a try. This is four days into dip powder. Three nails chipped off! You can also see they are very thick. These are my real nails, that were cut extremely short it was so upsetting. It bothered me tremendously that they layered a coat of acrylic without even asking me. I spoke up and thankfully she removed it quickly. My cuticles were not cut, nor did they ask. Instead of soaking off the previous powder, they just drilled through it. Thankfully they were only $40. I got what I payed for, sadly.

I got my nails done at Holly and I do like how the style came out. The stylist saw the image I showed them and they were able to get the design really well! When I got my nails done, however, the stylist was rather rough with my hands. At first I thought it was normal, as I don't get my nails done very often. But then my nails started to burn and hurt. I didn't know exactly what was going on. My nails felt like they were being dipped in acid from time to time. I wanted to bring it up, however the stylist was talking on the phone at the time so I was being polite and I tried to wait it out. When they were off the phone, I asked and got no answer. So I just took it for what it was. When my hands got under the UV light, my fingers started burning more. All in all I got tiny blisters, cuts, and sensitivity on my fingers. I can feel oxygen hits my nails and the skin around my nails. Again, my nails are really pretty! But it came with a sacrifice.
