Pay attention to the minimum and delivery fee! Staff were very helpful. But they only attempted to call me once and did not leave a message. My order did not meet the minimum and address was wrong. They did email me but I did not search for an email until it was a full day past the delivery day. My fault, but I would have appreciated a call the next morning since I was called late afternoon.

Delivery didn’t make it for Mothers Day even though I ordered over a week ago. Has to be delivered on Monday. No apology or ways to remedy the situation from the staff. Won’t use again.

(I'll start by saying: use your big adult time and call in or order in person, I think the website doesn't really get the full experience. Floral arrangement is an art of supply and design, talking to the owners, if they understand what you want, they will 100% nail it.) I came in the morning with an idea of flowers, I didn't set a budget (expecting to spend $200-250). I came back a few hours later (i'm so grateful for the rushed service!), and they gave me this beautiful arrangement that stunned EVERYONE! At the party I took them to. Best part? It was only like $85? Not only did the colors match so well, but the vase was an amazing touch. Literally no reason to use any other florist in Denton.

They've been in that location for 45 years. Got my flowers for high school dances from there in 78 and 79. Just got a beautiful spring bouquet from there for my wife's birthday.

I tried to order some flowers and after looking at their website the prices were drastically different. Online a bouquet was $60 but when I called to order it they quoted me $80. When I advised them their website shown different they didn't seem to care and said that price was old. If so, then update them or honor them. You all lost a potential client.

Called at 12: 00 on a Saturday & they had the arrangement delivered in Sanger by 3: 30 same day! It was beautiful. Thank you! This will definitely be my new go to florist.

My mother ordered flowers for me from here during my miscarriage. She intended for them to be delivered same day, but they didn't find it in their system until I called, but this isn't a complaint review. I called to ask about the status of the flower delivery, and the kind older gentleman who I spoke to asked if I liked the flowers my mother ordered, I'm sure he could tell I was going through a rough situation. When I told him they weren't my favorite, but its the thought that counted for me, he offered to switch the flowers to make sure it was something I would love. I don't think he realized that this simple act of kindness was something I needed that day, more than anything in the world. I felt bad when he delivered them to me, as I'm sure I looked a mess, as I had been crying for days. This flower shop.has the kindest people I've ever had the pleasure of calling.and I will never order from another florist again, so long as this business remains. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs flowers for any reason.thank you.thank you so much for giving me something so beautiful to look at while I was struggling with my miscarriage. It brought beauty to me in a time of darkness.

Ordered my wife a bouquet for our anniversary and they did not have that specific one shown on their website. They asked me what my wife’s favorite flowers are and if they could make something with some of them, slightly hesitant, I said sure just make sure it is good. They blew it out of the park and my wife loved them! Thank you so much ladies!

This shop went above and beyond for a last minute request to accommodate our friends and loved ones for a funeral arrangement. I am humbled by their efforts to make an already stressful situation a pleasant experience with a beautifully designed wreath and genuine customer service.
Would absolutely recommend and I can’t wait to give them more of my business in the future.

I ordered flowers last minute for my daughter and she made it happen. I gave a few details of what I wanted in the arrangement and she went above and beyond. Honestly the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen.

I NEVER SEE THE FLOWERS I BUY FOR FRIENDS AND FAMILY, THEY DID CALL ME TO ADVISE THE DELIVERY WAS MADE AND CALLED PRIOR TO DELIVERY, HOWEVER MY RELATIVE HAS CALLED ME TWICE TO ADVISE ME THE COURTESY OF THE COURTESY CALL AND LOVED THE SPRAY. THAT MEANS A LOT TO ME, DEPENDABILITY IS FOREMOST IN A FLORIST COUPLED WITH A BEAUTIFUL SPRAY TO GIVE JOY TO THE RECIPIENT. GRATELY APPRECIATED, I REALLY RECOMMEND THESE FOLKS. SO NICE. Holly’s did an awesome job in changing the size, shape and color to our arrangement for our dinner table. They toned down some of the harsh yellows and elongated the arrangement to better suit our table. Thanks so much for a wonderful job.

I paid good money to get roses for my daughters birthday nothing like what they advertise on the website I could’ve got better flowers going to Kroger I gave them another chance this is the third time I’ve made a deal with them and it’s always so disappointing never again. And I called and they didn’t even care about my issues but it’s my fault I should’ve known to order through them.
