Hollytree Apartments, Tyler TX

Looking to rent an apartment and came across Hollytree. Kassy was so kind and helpful with trying to find the right one for me. Great customer service here. Hoping to stay here in the future.

Kassy is very nice, professional, and informed. We had a very nice time touring their different layouts and will likely consider this as our future home!

Awful experience here. Only redeeming factor is the kind front desk lady. The maintenance crew is nice but expect to either wait weeks to get anything fixed, or to have to breathe down the throat of the office until it’s done. The management has always been rude I’m my experience. At least Tanya. They charge an additional 75-100 in fees every month. I had a way better experience in North Tyler at Oxford point. And that complex is not good. Find somewhere else you’ll be happy later.

I lived at Hollytree Apts for a year. There was a water leak on the top floor which flooded my apt. They ripped out my living room walls and ceiling and just covered them with a plastic sheet. They left my living room covered in sheet rock dust and debris, which I had to clean. Four months later, the room was still not fixed. They told me they were still waiting for insurance to pay. After I moved out, they tried charging me hundreds in damages. I do not recommend living here.

I was once a resident here. Two bedroom on the left above the photo. It was an Awesome experience.loved it all. But went into the military to serve our country. I'm looking to move back in. Great Place to call Home!

Very easy move in, all the people we talked to prior were open and honest, and made sure we knew about all the fees and what we needed to do before signing! After moving in they are very quick to respond to request and answer any further questions we have! Very great place to live!

Good place to live in and very professional management I’ve been here for 10 years and this place improved a lot.

Kassandra gave an amazing tour. Not only did we get there early, I was fine with waiting, but there was no wait whatsoever. She immediately began giving us a tour, early, drove us safely to the unit being showed (which was clean top to bottom, Vents were darn near spotless. Sinks, faucets, lights, ac units all working) answered every and all questions that came up. Super friendly. If she's the face of the staff, then it's a really good staff. And look we forward to being part of the Hollytree family!

My husband and I have been looking for an apartment for awhile. When we called Hollytree on Saturday, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the complex had a model that we could see and everything met our very precise needs. Kassandra was amazing at getting us through the process and we are hoping to be residents in March!
