HOLT Truck Centers Irving

Great. I was derated 5 mile p/h because of noxsensor on my freightliner and they got me out in 3 hrs

I purchased an Interstate 40 DLA trailer from Holt Truck Center in Irving, Texas. I spent $2,500.00 on shipping to get the trailer to my location (that was expected). What I didn’t expect was to spend another $4,000.00 to modify the trailer. The jack that was mounted on the trailer was too close to the front hitch which caused the jack hit the bed of the truck on every turn. I did not receive a service manual upon delivery. The service manual would have let me know that there should have been two jacks mounted to the frame, not the tongue. The dealer did not offer any explanation except to say that I was the only one having this problem. I called the manufacturer who stated the same thing that was shown in the manual: A pair of jacks are mounted to the frame of the deck. I am not sure why my trailer was the “only one”. On top of that, the paperwork was wrong. I am having trouble registering the trailer to get it re-titled. If you are willing to go through this, good luck.

I finally found a good place to fix my truck, I took my truck to this place to rebuild my truck engine and I’m really happy with the job they did!

Called twice only to have a machine tell me I’m first in call for 20mins I guess there’s no point in calling these people

So apparently Batman and Superman for an interview question is not right. Part Manager is a liar saying that Jose is the one that makes the final decisions I think Batman and Superman makes the final decision on the people

I had a good experience here. The guy who cashed me out was easy to talk to and kid around with. Its good to see that there are still people who are not so dam- sensitive or negative about everything.

Went in for an old change on my old one and left with a new one.salesman said that way I don't need to worry about changing the oil right then.

The service here is phenomenal. They told me how long my repair would take and that's how long it took. A little pricy but worth it to have quality mechanics taking care of my rig.
