Bought a new living set at this furniture only because of the manager. My husband talked to a sales man on Facebook named Carlos and he sent us to the address of their sister furniture named Next Level. When we arrived there, a sales man named Victor approached us there and was extremely rude and wanted to sale us another set of living for $1k more. We clearly showed him pictures of the ones we were interested in and he insisted that those were not available because he wanted us to buy the more expensive living set. When Carlos, the Facebook salesman had told us that the living set was still available. Victor clearly wanted a bigger commission. When we were about to walk out and he yelled out that there were available at the other location. We ended up going to the second location on Harwin, and thankfully the manager or owner, not sure who he was, greeted us and was extremely nice and even stayed longer to close the deal, because the living set WAS available. However, when we came the next day to pick them up. Victor was at the second location this time and was extremely rude again. This time I took my parents and mother-in-law. My dad was trying to joke with Victor and he ignored him and didn’t even smile or anything. My mother in law and parents were both interested in buying a living set and a mattress, but we decided to go elsewhere and do business with another company. I don’t recommend dealing with this “salesman” Victor. He should not be working at facility where customer service is essential. He lost out on two potential sales because of his disrespectful attitude.

This is the best place to get furniture from. I would definitely recommend this place. They are so professional and very informative… 10/10

Very helpful. Gave us prices and options. They didn't push, they let us talk about it in private. And we made our decision without having to come back. We will be back for other furniture needed.

Never you buy from this store. I bought set of chairs and TV stand. They all
Came in boxes with parts broken and no manuals. I called several times no answer and when to store twice but nothing was done. I wasted $2000 just like that. Very very poor customer service, he is just there to make money and don’t care if you item came fine or not.
