Staff was helpful to me and genuine when I was upfront w affordability. I was able to find many pieces and appreciated the customer service and going the extra mile. Cool stuff in here, prices vary/ do your homework because some are fair priced and underpriced but some are high for used furniture.

Very nice consignment with some unique pieces at affordable prices. I found a gem in the rough.

I consigned some furniture to them which they were able to sell at some point. Then I brought two paintings in and I asked for them to give me a bid. The bid was very low and I said that I do not accept the bid and that I will pick the paintings up. So they sold my expensive painting for around $150 and initially admitted their mistake. Then they suddenly changed their tune and blamed me, the customer, for their mistake. I was then referred to the corporate office. Crickets!
Don’t shop there or give them your precious items to sell.

I bought 4 bar stools and did a cheeky google on them once I arrived home. The same set of 4 were for sale on Amazon for $294/set of 4. This consignment shop sold them to me for $500 + tax/set of 4.

When I called, Kathy, (the store manager) out on the massive discrepancy she was not shy to say, all sales are final and that I’m out of luck. Do yourself a favor and google anything you consider buying prior to walking out of their shop.

I sent them a picture of my dresser and was given an approximate pricing. When I tried to have it delivered the store manger turns around and tells me it cannot be accepted because of the material. Why was this not stated when I first sent the picture of the dresser?

The review is for the awful women that work there - super rude and uninviting, as is the place itself. Maybe you'll find what you are looking for - obviously that changes all the time - they just don't care one bit about being nice to people. Good luck.
