I had a truly wonderful experience at your Cedarhill, Texas store. It's nice to have a nice furniture store in OUR neighborhood. Sales Rep Shaytoyah Welch was professional, greeted us as soon as we entered the store and courteous, taking time out with myself and a girlfriend to walk the store and tell us about the different pieces of furniture. I am thinking of buying the Bermuda sectional with the chaise, very lovely piece of furniture. The assistant mgr, was nice as well greeting us and talking with us about our concerns for delivery.

Brittany did an amazing job at making me feel welcomed and was very knowledgeable on the company’s products and services and had a warm friendly attitude with excellent customer service. She has definitely insured I will be a lifetime customer. She made my first experience my best experience.

My husband and I relocated to the Dallas area in 2021. We are fading out our previous furniture style for a more contemporary style for our empty nest. I looked up furniture stores in the area and Home Zone at Cedar Hill had exactly what we were looking for. We purchased the Martin leather sectional. Our sales rep, Robert exceeded our expectations with the stellar customer service he provided for us. We'll be back soon!

Ms J was able to assist me in purchasing my bedroom set.she was very patient and knowledgeable. I must say she is an awesome saleswoman! I give her 20 stars. Very professional! As the bed I wanted was not in stock, she informed me and did show me other bedroom sets. I ended up getting the original one I wanted. I have to wait a few weeks, but it’s what I want.

The furniture is very nice and reasonable here. I bought a wonderful couch from Home Zone. Doyle helped me and he was very, very helpful. I'm a very indecisive person and he worked with me he was very patient with me. He gave me measurements of the two couches and I expressed the pros and cons.he was wonderful! This is my first couch and based off the facts Doyle gave me I should have this couch for a very long time. I'm big on customer services and they most definitely have it at Home Zone.

Just bought a living room set here. The employees were very nice and helped us with all our questions. They let us move the coffee tables around to let us see how different tables would look with the couches. I really appreciate all the help and the good price on the set.

Stay away! Sales people were great but God forbid you have a problem with a piece of furniture because everyone else is HORRIBLE! The service associates are demeaning to the sales staff and they tell you they will replace a lemon product then never call and when you finally get to speak with someone again they tell you that they never said they would replace the piece but will repair it. We didn't spend over 1000 dollars for a repaired piece of furniture. Worst furniture experience ever. Buyer beware! I honestly don't see how they have so many high reviews. Today we called and were told the person we needed to speak with was in the bathroom then she was in the warehouse then she finally got on the phone and denied having stated previously that they would replace the piece. The service person sent to home last attempted to fix the problem and caused another problem in the process. We now have reclining love seat that is separated apart, one headrest doesn't work and 3rd prong from plug broke off in the socket. Still has tags on it yet they want to repair not replace. This is the worst company we have ever dealt with.

After looking at several different furniture stores, we found exactly what we were looking for at Home Zone! Service was great and we are looking forward to the delivery.

I found the perfect coffee table and after Reginald looked up the table online, he told me that the coffee table also came with two end tables! Wow! I liked the efficiency of your employees and the fact that they were very helpful in getting my new furniture choice delivered within the week! I have been to lots of other furniture stores (some REALLY BIG ONES) and online, but I am old-school and really like to see and touch what I am purchasing. I am also in the market for a sofa or loveseat and I found one at the store-need to save up a little more do I can get that, too!

I went there for the first time and was greeted warmly. I was informed that they wouldn't bother me about buying. She answered my questions and of course I ended up purchasing furniture. Everyone was great, even in the loading dock. I will be back again.

We were very pleased with our salesperson, Brittany J. She is knowledgeable, attentive and very pleasant to work with. The financing is streamlined and we were done in about 15 minutes. The prices are great and the
employees are very friendly and helpful.

My goodness but this is the friendliest furniture store that I've been to. Ms. Brittany is the absolute best. I work long and crazy hours, 66-80 hours a week. I rushed to the store yesterday and Brittany stayed late for me. I had to leave but returned today with my mom. She stayed late again. Almost an hour late! (My mom had so many questions.) I'll be able to say how well the furniture holds up in about 6 months but for now, the customer service is the absolute best! And I love how humble Brittany was.

The people at Home Zone are very friendly and helpful. I visited both the Arlington and Cedar Hill location and there was a very nice lady named E and she helped me at both locations. She was the one who helped me with my purchase and I appreciate her for that! Also they serve ice cream and water

Everyone in the store was extremely friendly and professional. They were helpful and knowledgeable about their products. My experience was wonderful. I am really big on good customer service and I have a very low tolerance when it is bad. The customer service was exceptional. I made a purchase on a Thursday and went back on Sunday for another item I was in the fence about. Both days the service was great. They even linked both of my orders together so I could take delivery for them both at the same time. Wonderful. Wonderful. Wonderful.
