7 The hotel room is very nice, spacious, and clean. Staff is very friendly. The pool was really nice. Breakfast was great. We were there Fourth of July weekend and couldn’t hear fireworks in the room, which was great!
My only complaints are that the WiFi is free for very basic stuff like checking email. Otherwise WiFi costs $5 a day.
I have tinnitus in one of my ears and the elevator chime was extremely loud and shrill. That can be fixed. I needed ear plugs just for the elevator.
Overall, the stay was great and we’ll be back.
House keeping never visited for the 3 nights I stayed. Overall the rooms are clean and well kept
This hotel is nice and right in the middle of everything. Easy access to all highways 191 the Loop and I-20.6 restaurants within walking distance
My family had a poor experience at Home2 Midland, front desk staff were not friendly, room furniture was stained/dirty and breakfast was cold and did not taste good. I also stayed at the Home2 Suites in Tuscon Arizona the next day, excellent experience all around!
It's OK but looses stars for having a damp floor in our room and a shower with no cold water. Hopefully they have addressed this after I made them aware on check out.
The maintenance team is fantastic and the property looks great. I don't usually see maintenance staff working when I visit places but it was awesome to see them and that they were doing a great job! The pool was really clean too!
This is a great looking hotel with the exception of management. The manager (Juanita?) is very unprofessional and needs training on how to appropriately speak to guests. This place would be even more enjoyable if she wasn't around to squander the environment.
