The Technician was scheduled very quickly and determined the issue with our AC. A new fan motor was ordered. Once received in, the damaged motor was replaced within a day. AC is now blowing cold air as it should.

Not only did they come early, but I swear they fixed my heat within 30 minutes like they came and found what was wrong; fixed the fan fixed the breaker, told me how to fix it so that if there’s a problem again, I can do it myself and if that doesn’t work, they realized that the landlord was dragging their feet to call the repair service so they gave me their business card so I can just call them directly. They also got our landlord to sign up for a program which means that they’ll come back in the spring and fall to make sure that the heat and the AC is still up and running honestly one of the best repair companies I’ve ever seen in my life they did that excellently! And they were very friendly with my service dog:) very happy with this service: D

Had an emergency and was worried about how quick I could find service. But Zac with the HomeFront team responded fast and was onsite with in the same morning. Not only included me in on what was being done but also ensured me of the quality and reasoning for each repair. Highly recommend them and will use them for all future HVAC needs.

Thanks to HomeFront I was able to get my heating fixed just in time for the cold weather approaching. Trevor reached out to me and let me know a tech could arrive same day. The tech, Zac, was very knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue. I would also like to mention these two were very polite, professional and timely. Thank you!

Needed a mini split in the game room above my garage and they were so enjoyable to work with and and also affordable compared to many others we had researched.we had one consultation and by the following week, the job was complete and AC works great.no problems so far.highly recommend!

I was less than 24 hours away from buying two brand new units- one more phone call saved me money, time and a whole lot of heartburn. Previous techs chose to exploit my ignorance- Rowland gave it to me straight. I got a new a/c with same warranty as others and me second AC repaired for less than half of one quote for a single unit. Do your research, then call Rowland at Homefront. Or just save yourself some time-

I have just begun my relationship with Homefront. I joined their annual program about three weeks ago.
The initial inspection went smoothly and was professional in every respect.
The real test came this week when my system stopped working entirely at 12: 30 on Wednesday afternoon. I called their scheduler Emily who promised to get to the technician as soon as possible.
At around 2: 30 she called to tell me that Zac was on his way to my house.
Zac arrived around 3: 00, diagnosed the problem - a dead blower motor - and located the part in Dallas.
The part was shipped in Thursday and Zac arrived early Friday morning to install the blower.
The system took all day to bring the house down from 94° to 77° but everything is fine now.
This level of speed and service is extraordinary and I would not expect any organization to be able to work this well every time, but what a great first experience for building confidence and trust.

Absolutely the best AC service in the San Antonio Market place. Very responsive from the beginning. My technician Zac was amazing. Walked me through everything he was doing very knowledgeable. I am already letting all my Soldiers and neighbors know about their service.

Totally satisfied with the service I received. The company was prompt and resolved a A/C issue 2 other companies could not resolved in 3 days. Zac was my technician and he was professional and told me he get the issue fixed before the end of the day and he did.

I had an issue with my split mini AC. Went online and found HomeFront Service Company. Veteran owned and local company was a plus. Easy online appointment scheduling. They were out the next day and Trevor had my system up and running in about 30 minutes. Great customer service and will be doing business with them again.

I dealt personally with Zak, Roland and Jesse these guys are top notch whatever they tell you they will honor it. There equipment and knowledge can’t be beat. I would recommend this company to anybody.

HomeFront just replaced our 19 yr old a/c system with a new Carrier system. We have been very pleased with the new system. And not only with the new system, but the whole process. We're extremely happy with the whole HomeFront team, from Chris to Roland and his team. They were and have continued to be there for any questions we may have. They behaved very professionally and were extremely friendly. We look forward to continuing using them in the future. If you're looking for a great A/C company I highly recommend using HomeFront services!

Amazing job! We had just hit our wall of dealing with the insurance company: 3 months is apparently out limit. AC hadn’t worked longer than 3 months during that time and each time they sent out a new company who would “fix” it and it would immediately have the same problem rendering it useless once again. After the last company quoted us over $1k for something not covered by our insurance, we decided we were fed up and would just invest in a new unit that we couldn’t really afford right now.

We called around to get some estimates until these guys stopped in and saved the day! They diagnosed the ACTUAL problem in less than 20 minutes and came back the next morning and fixed the problem for free! I literally cried when my husband told me. Going on 2 weeks now problem officially solved. Now we can relax a little, wait and save up over the summer for a down payment on a unit instead of ending up with crazy high monthly payments =] 10/10 could not recommend more and we will definitely be going to them when we do buy our new unit!

HomeFront just replaced my 17 year old AC with a Carrier unit. They were professional, courteous, and Chris was so patient when answering the dozens of questions I had to determine the best unit for our home. Roland and Joe did a fantastic job installing and explaining the features of the new install. Their warranty and maintenance plans can’t be beat and prices are reasonable. They are veteran owned and the many years of experience they have is very evident. I chose this company over two other larger entities because of the price, warranty, maintenance plans and preferred product provided. Our house is cold at 78 degrees. Amazing and Totally recommend!

Dealing with Chris is great! The gentleman is very professional, respectful, and fair with his pricing! He is very trustworthy and honest, and I highly recommend him to anyone thinking about repairing, upgrading, or installing a new system!
