I usually love going to this store because they have really great stuff; however, I had a really bad experience this past Thursday. When I was checking out, Mackenzie, the associate who was checking me out, was quite rude. 1st off, she kept pushing me to sign up for a credit card. I know credit cards are supposed to be offered BUT after I had already said no, she kept insisting and insisting to the point where I felt uncomfortable. In addition to that, I had found the PERFECT curtains but they had a small imperfection so I asked if there was any way I could get a discount. When i mentioned this, she told me I was seeing things. I really did not appreciate being treated this way.

Love this Store for all kinds of things that can't be found elsewhere! I ended my last trip, buying $48 of pet toys for my 5 dogs. They would have been twice the price at PetCo or PetsMart.

Nothing good at this location and terrible costumer service. Girls at checkout were eating. Didn’t greet us. Ignored us while eating candy laughing and checking out. Just seems now a days they could hire someone who wants the job.

The women in counter-3 doesn’t want to bill us, she kept us waiting for 15 mins.
