6Love this place! Just looking at their clearance or their new arrivals!
The white lady in the black polo homegoods shirt with glasses and dirty blonde hair in a ponytail is absolutely RUDE. I asked her if she could check in the back for a specific item and she replied rudely and with an attitude. I have never had an issue at any homegoods for asking to check in the back since new items are received and put out daily. Usually the workers or managers often offer to double check in the back just by trying to help and show kind customer service. Not at the southlake location. I will not shop here anymore. This is not the first time the rude older white ladies have been rude to me at this location. They act like they’re too good for common customer service unless you look like them.
Everything you can find at a pricey furniture store, for half the price!
I'm an associate from this furniture establishment, and I can tell you the team here is one of the best in the district, and are welcoming community. If anyone is interested, when need a few more people.
Always fun to find new and out of ordinary items. Check-out staff is great!
