Department Store HomeGoods reviews
15Always enjoy visiting this store. It seems every day they have new stuff and always a great place to find gifts. Also great prices and selection to set up for a party, child or adult.
This store has is full of options for home decor without wandering through other types of departments like grocery/automotive/pharmacy. Rugs, artwork, small night stands, lamps, linens, kitchen items, dishes, seasonal section and more at very reasonable prices.
I signed up for the store credit card at this location. Two days later I got a fraudulent charge on the card for the remaining balance on the card. The charge was disputed and the card was canceled. While I had customer service on the phone I asked them if this has happened before. She said yes and that fraudulent charges before you receive your card in the mail can be a result of fraud from the store you signed up at. I will not shop at this location again.
Was search for an item for a friend. Wish I had time to just shop. Looked like they had some very items. Great customer service.
I love home goods but today I witnessed the rudest interaction between some lady with purple hair (maybe manager or Assistant manager) and a customer. The customer was trying to buy a ceramic sculpture of a dog but the foot had a little chip in it. The customer very politely asked if she could get a discount for the chip and the purple hair lady very rudely snatched it and said “no we have to zero it and throw it in the trash now” the customer said she would still like to buy it and the purple hair lady was very rude and told her no. After the customer left we were still there and heard the purple hair lady say “that’s why you shouldn’t try and get a discount here” and laughed with her coworkers. Very unprofessional and extremely rude.
Great location and clean aisles except the kids' toys area, like most stores. Other than that the prices are great.
Clean store.lots of selection on almost any home item. Pillows, rugs, pots, baskets, comforters. Didn't have the colors we were looking for but we did find a few things to bring home.
I really enjoy going to this store. So many interesting things. So fun to explore. Great gift ideas! Also perfect for decorating college apartments.
Lot of product in the store and it was relatively organized considering the number of customers coming through. Always good finds there.
Kind of small for the amount of stuff they had in there. Loved everything I was able to find.
Manager needs to be replaced (fat black lady with curly hair) she’s rude to customers and acts like she owns the store.no customers service skills whatsoever
It really has everything for home and garden. Al always has clearance stuff. Great place to shop
Nice selection. You never now what you might find. Seem to always leave with more than I planned to pickup.
Staff is always friendly and helpful.
A truly terrible and stressful shopping experience. As a formerly loyal customer I was repeatedly insulted by multiple employees including the assistant manager Deborah who insinuated that I was a liar. I proceeded to have a miserable experience in an unorganized chaotic store where I had to walk to the back of the store and show the employees an exact duplicate product from where I had purchased it the day before. Horrendous customer service. Terrible leadership. Completed ruined for me
Used to believe this was a great store. Recently every time I have been in the store the customer service has been awful. Last time i visited the assistant manage Debra treated my friend horribly. Friend was trying to return something she purchased earlier this week. Debra berated her about not being from the US and told her that her biometric passport (which ive seen her use in multiple different locations as an ID including Home Goods before) wasnt going to be suffecient. This Veteran is definitely going to be taking my business somewhere else from now on if this is how Home Goods treats people.
