Met with Matt Taylor at Homepro and had an excellent experience! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and literally went through every single area of our new home explaining in detail all standard equipment and everything. Thank you very much for the great experience Matt!

These guys will take your money and not value your time or money. Met with rep 2 weeks prior to move in date and he said don’t worry I’ll put you on the schedule for the 24th and will take care of everything. Here we are and they are 3 hours late and now only can install partial of what I paid for. No date in site for the rest of what I paid for. In the end once they have your money nothing else matters. As I’m writing this I told them I was upset and the rep said awesome. Great service! They could care less, so yourself a favor and get nothing from them.

Hesham was exemplary in his customer service, expertise and work. If I could go above 5 stars, I would. I had some serious issues for home security and Hesham not only took care of those concerns, but was kind, patient and went through everything thoroughly with me. I was left with full knowledge of the systems and easy access to my app. I cant say enough what it means to me to feel so taken care of and feeling safe again in my home. Thank you Hesham! My alarm goes off in the middle of the night for no reason. They were unable to fix it so we had to stop using the system and refuse to let me out of my contract! DO NOT use this company.
