So far, Demeka did a wonderful job assisting me with leasing the property. She had a wonderful attitude, was very straightforward, and her communication skills were awesome. Everything was done within a timely manner.

Demara Jackson was an excellent apt tourist, she was patient and all my questions, very professional, and was real nice to my little girl. Her attitude hasn’t shifted since we’ve spoken about available vacancies I look forward to building a relationship with the house of persimmons.

The new manager is absolutely amazing. She brings joy to the office and it is always a pleasure seeing her.

Soon as you walk into the front office you are greeted with a warm welcome and smiling faces. Lyric and Dee both have sweet and kind spirits which is rare when working in the area we live in, no offense. They have big personalities too. The apartment size is just right for me and my family and there is a workout gym! I am more than sure that my family and I will love it here and will be long term tenants! Lyric and Demara have been nothing short of amazing. They were so professional and very thorough in explaining the move in process. The office was warm and welcoming. I hope to be moving there soon. I definitely recommend the homes of persimmon to anyone looking for a place for their family

Whenever I call to get something done in my unit they usually come fast in get it done they been on top of things lately in I'm loving it.

This apartments are nice, very spacious upstairs and downstairs. The management is wonderful and helpful just renewed my lease thankful to Mrs. Lyric for everything she awesome.

The property manager Ms. Lyric and manager assistant Ms. Dee are very business professionals and dressed very nice, and very understanding to their tenants needs. Maintenance guys name Mr. Chatman, Mr. Rogelio, and Mr. Rodney (A/C Technician) are a great team and always interact with the tenants and work very hard to make things right using their knowledge.

Security staff always visible and nights to me their good too. I haven’t seen the security acting unprofessional and always interact with the tenants.

Thanks for making my family and me feel welcome while living there as a tenant. You all have a wonderful bless day!

Ms. Dee in the front office has been such a great help with my application process. She keeps me updated and has been very patient with me throughout the whole process! I have no complaints and everyone in the office is always friendly everytime i have visited! Thank you guys so much!
