I highly recommend the home team for your pest control needs. The customer service along with the service provided were top notch. Travis my service guy was very personable and knowledgeable and took care of business in a timely manner.

I had an appointment booked with them and wanted the pest service done before I move in to my new house. I was assigned a technician called Brigit. I was given a call from her at 4: 19 and I was told that she was running late and will be there in 20 mins. I then received a call at 4: 40 and she told me that she was at the house. I was 10 mins away staying at a friends house I worked a long night shift and I asked her if I could come there in about 10 mins. She said it was ok as long as I come before 5 pm. I got there at 4: 48 and she was gone. I called the customer representative and explained the situation. She said that Brigit was willing to come tomorrow and I asked if I can make an appointment for tomorrow. The customer representative called her back and she then said that there are no more available appointments available for tomorrow. I am very disappointed with the services. I think the least they should do if to stick to their word.

Very impressed and pleased with the service of Home Team PEST Defense. Somehow ended up roaches and they've been back out twice. Unfortunately, they are German roaches. Which means a massive emptying of all cabinets ect for an intense spray to kill them off. This is included in my regular plan with no extra payment. My tech, Victoria, is great. She really knows her stuff. I feel confident in her and her knowledge and know how. As I feel confident in this business. Great company!

Jasmine from customer service should not be working in customer service. She is rude and does not listen and will just blatantly lie to you. Pesticide is useless and instead of having less bugs, my house now seems infested by bugs. Avoid this company at all costs!

They make it a priority to get to your house as soon as possible. They are kind and do good work.

Horrible customer service by Jasmine. They will cancel yoir service if you mention you are thinking of canceling because ot is not working. Their pesticide does not appear to work at all with spiders, earwigs, crickets and ants. It is pretty much useless. They will constantly cancel appointments. Instead of trying to fix the problem they prefer to loose customer and will no longer provide the service that was paid for even if youhave a month already paid.

The gentleman you sent to us was super! He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He appears to have done a very thorough job.

Victoria came out to do a pest inspection and quarterly treatment of our home. I am very pleased with the service provided! She was professional, friendly and she did excellent work! Highly recommend!

Chuck Showed up on time and got the general pest control activation inside the structure and the perimeter spray. Very professional!

My technician was on time, explained everything in detail, showed me all the areas that were the cause of my ants. He was very professional and kind. He even wore shoe covers not to track dirt in my house.

My original review from a year ago was 5 stars, but since that initial review I have experienced a couple of issues that others should be warned about.
First off, the company encourages a contract where they come out periodically to treat your home. I signed up for the contract but later terminated it due to the representative showing up to my home when I was not home and stating a treatment was completed.
The treatment could not have been properly done as my back gate stays locked and there is no way to enter unless the 10' fences is climbed. I complained to their office staff and they cancelled the charge for the treatment. The experience left me leery of whether or not I could trust them - so, as mentioned, I cancelled my contract. This was autumn of last year (2021).
Recently, May 5,2022, I decided to give them another chance.
I paid for a one-time comprehensive treatment that was significantly more than the contract treatment payment for periodic treatments - which makes sense.
Unfortunately, only 45 days later I've had a couple of spiders and a centipede in my home. Not a big deal, but I am thinking the treatment should last longer than 45 days. Past treatments have been good for 6-8 months.
Upon contacting them, I was told there is a 30-day warranty. An additional treatment would cost the same price as before. Really? It seems odd that I would have an issue so soon with the reason given that Houston is having a drought? My landscaping and area around my home are well watered.
I am now taking my business elsewhere and I recommend that anyone using this company watch how and what is done when the representative treats your home. I don't think the services cited on the invoice are actually being completed.

Excellent service! Travis was very thorough in his inspection and extermination service. I’m happy I decided to use this company.

Absolutely the worst service. The tech did not text/email before coming and then stood in the front yard and did not do the mosquito treatment that he was supposed to do. He lied to the customer service person when I called to have him come back out and said he had, but my entire back of house is windows and there is no way for someone to go into the back yard without the dogs barking.

I'm assuming the good reviews are from people that aren't home or don't watch when their techs are here and so just believe what they are told. But I can absolutely say that they will charge you for services they did not perform.

Very responsive and excellent service. Techs are very helpful and knowledgeable. Calling in to the office for follow ups is always very professional.
