Jed really spend time to explain to us regarding the insects that he puts bait on. He's very meticulous and detailed in doing his task. As per checking on the bait he puts on our pantry, ants were gone. Kudos to Jed! One satisfied customer here.

Worst experience.sprayed pest on exterior walls and upon request treated spary interior house. That’s the only job the person done. Tried to brush out some of spider web (5mins job) All done in 30mins. Terrible experience.

Great pest control company. Never give any issue on retreat (new home, lots of guests from the build process). SoSo is a fantastic technician.

I’ve used HomeTeam north for the last 12 months and they have been great. My Main technician’s name is SoSo and he is the best. Always polite and courteous. They will come out very quickly for a retreat. I’d recommend them for general pest control.

I have used HomeTeam for scheduled home pest services for over 2 years. They have been dependable, efficient, and friendly. I appreciate the calls ahead of each visit to let me know they are coming and if there are any specific areas of concern. They are also super responsive when I have had a pest issue in between scheduled service to send someone right out to address it, all part of their service fee. Quality and value a plus. Technician (Soso) is great!

So I was past due on my bill because my credit card was expired, I paid the bill in full with my new card and then the lady that answered the phone tells me they have to review if they want me as a costumer again (I was their costumer for about 7 years). I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I’ve had only great experiences with Hometeam since I moved to Texas in September 2021. Soso is wonderful. His communication is always professional, consistent and informative. The Hometeam crew has always been very responsive when I’ve had a bug or rodent situation. I highly recommend them to my neighbors.

Soso was so nice and professional! I asked him to return if he was nearby to take care of a wasp nest and he did! He was reaponsive, attentive and provided great customer service. I've had Home Team for over 5 years!

We get the quarterly pest maintainence from this company and have enjoyed the services that our technician Soso provides. He is professional, cheerful and always does a great job! We had some issues with ants after a service and he was back out promptly to take care of the issues!

We have used HomeTeam since we moved in, in 2020. With new construction, there are no shortage of insects as this land was a field not too long ago. HomeTeam's service seems to keep our house mostly insect free, particularly spiders which my wife hates. Soso has been doing our service for the last year or so I think and I really appreciate his communication and the fact that he comes, does his job, and leaves without any inconvenience to us.

We love Home Team. We have used them since 2015 and we are always treated so great by their team. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. Soso is so energetic and fun! 10/10 would recommend their services for their customer service alone. But they do a good job at keeping the pests away too.

Our service advisor Soso always goes above and beyond to take care of us. Soso pays attention to detail. I would highly recommend him for your extermination needs!

Just wanted to leave another review and recommendation here. If you do not have a pest control company that you use and are looking, go check out Home Team Pest Defense! Their customer service is always on point and you have the same technician that services your home each quarter. If you end up having pest outbreaks between services all you have to do is give them a call they come out treat no extra fee!

I can’t rave enough about this company and their customer service and how they just take care of your home! They also use the Taexx system which was built into the Beazer homes. I can tell you I’ve lived in my home for 8 years and I’ve only had one pest issue that came inside the home within those years!  I called this week because there were ants inside my home. Ignacio came the next day serviced, and they’re already gone! ?
I can’t rave enough about Ignacio. He is kind, caring and always professional.
