We don’t have grass so the yard was muddy. Very muddy footprints left on both front and back porches. Will have to spray wash to clean.

Very professional and punctual. Exained what he was doing and what to look for. Also said to call between treatments if we see anything that needs to be addressed and they would be out right away.

My tenants were having a problem with ants and spiders. The HomeTeam Pest Defense Team was responsive, on time and professional. They are priced reasonably and their technology in non intrusive. We have them quarterly with no required contract and they will return in between the treatments at no charge if there are problems. I am pleased so far.

Pest Defense Team was on time and thoroughly checked and treated the outside of our home. We look forward to working with them for our pest control needs!

Sammy came to set up extermination services for our new home. He was very professional & friendly. He came through the house first, then serviced our yard. He also checked all exterior eaves, gutters, etc. He assured us he'd be back in a month to check the house again, as well as quarterly. Would definitely recommend their service.

I have used this company since 11/21/2020. Up until 2/12/2022, I have had very few complaints. Most have been resolved, but I have made multiple requests for my home to be retreated and for the technicians to let me know when they are servicing my property. I have not had a technician out, despite the multiple requests made for retreating. I have made contact with the office several times requesting the technician to let me know when they are at my home so they can treat the interior. The interior has not been treated in atleast 6 months. For the cost of service, I feel I am not getting what I pay for. I have witnessed and reported multiple technicians that come out and do nothing for the 5 mins they are at my home.

Update:
I recieved a call today 11/03/2022 from the manager. Issue has been handled, and I am expecting a technician next week.

Update:
Nov 11th at 1: 08 tech arrived, met outside, service explained. I asked about treating the interior, tech said he would follow-up with me after he was done outside. At 1: 55 I stepped outside as Tech was already in truck and leaving, waved him down and asked if he was going to treat the interior. He said that the company is trying to get away from doing the interior, but would do it if I wanted him to. Mind you, he was already in the middle of the road, and did not follow-up with me like he said.

The technician was great! He showed up on time and walked us through everything he was going to do before starting. The results have been great so far. We’re looking forward to continuing with our quarterly treatments.

I have used this company for twelve years starting upon completion of the construction of my home. I have sung their praises based on the fact that I have never had any pest problems in my home. Every time they service my home, the rep doing the work tells me that if I have any problems to give them a call and they will come back out. However, for the second time this summer I have called them with a wasp problem, explained the situation and was told by the young lady on the phone that she would have someone call me. I have not received a call back on either time that I requested one to even discuss whether they are able to take care of the problem, leaving me hanging waiting for a call back when I could have called other companies and get a response. I am ending my relationship with this company because they are not responsive to my needs despite their claim that they would be.

The inspector did a thorough checkup around the house and the attic for any probable issue and walked over the details of what he would be doing as a part of the first service. Provided tips on how to maintain the property to avoid pest infestation which is helpful for a new homeowner.

Poor communication. Poor service. Lied about what was being done at my house when I have cameras and my gate is locked. Unprofessional. Don’t use.

I guess it takes a while to get everything under control. That being said my dog had a tick 2 or 3 days later. I’m also still getting fire ant mounds. Hopefully the more they come the less I’ll see. At least the Scorpions and Black Widows haven’t been back

I would definitely recommend. Easy to contact and set appointment. Called 30 minutes before arriving and right on time. Service provider was courteous and explained what he did. Now, I just wait to see how well it works. Love their guarantee to return if pests come back.

We had used another pest control company that locked us into a year long contract and we had very poor results. Then we discovered that our builder had the Taexx system installed on our house, so I sought out a servicer of the system, Home Defense. They are far above the other company, didn't lock us into a contract because they believe their product speaks for itself - AND IT DOES! The tech was on time and did a much more thorough job than the other company. We saw immediate results!

I shared my information with the receptionist but never got a call back to speak with a service representative. I had to go with another company.

Julian was awesome! He took time to clean the garage of cobwebs and really treated the yard and perimeter. We will have to see if we have good results, but the service was awesome!

This is company is amazing. I lucked up and have been able to work closely with Derek. He explained everything very well. As first time home owners the maintenance and upkeep can become overwhelming. Fortunately everyone I spoke to was professional, knew all the answers to my questions and responded in a timely manner. Looking forward to working with them on future projects. Recommend 10/10!
